For cross-cutting operations, the site should first determine the target for access: whether it is a continuous transport, short-term suspension or a temporary stop during peak periods. Short-term construction of port repairs, logistics peaks, airport maintenance windows and industrial sites involves the installation of recovery equipment for transport trucks, forklifts, engineering vehicles and plates, while when the work is done, with little drainage, smoothing, connection and inspection, the passageway will result in a faulty or shifting of stations after the first heavy vehicle has passed. When targets, vehicles and weak positions are matched, the scope is not too large or missing critical points; the practical implementation principle is that forklifts, trucks and cranes should be routed and waiting areas should be identified and who has priority access.
The survey forms can be completed by the four columns of ground, equipment, route and time. The surface column indicates the area of refilling close to the building base and the adjacent drainage port; the equipment column lists the vehicle ' s weight, cargo weight, number of axes and tyre specifications; the route column takes a net width, slope and turn radius; and the time column describes continuous rainfall and shift arrangements. The procurement list should provide suppliers with a real picture of the situation, in which the type of container and the port of destination are data that need to be highlighted and supplemented. The remaining information includes vehicle and leg loads, ground photographs and sizes, projected number of vehicles, number of days of use, colour trails, destination port and desired period. A comparison of the quotations should be converted to a valid area coverage and complete connection system and not only a single block price; the acceptance and inspection criteria should also be included in the document before the next list.
