In the processing of the prior survey, “where to go, what to go, how many times a day” was written as a verifiable on-site condition. The flow of vehicles outside the logistics park expansion area, outside the warehouse platform and in the waiting areas of peak vehicles often consists of semi-mounted vehicles, cold-chain vehicles, vans, forklifts and loading platform equipment, with the impact of tyre exposures and low-speed turns being ignored by the whole tonnage. The more reliable conclusion is that the route, load, surface and operational metronic records are complete, the number of plates is determined and the order in which they are laid, followed by a decision on the combination of pavement boards, leg mats or local grass-roots treatments.
The survey forms can be completed by the four columns of ground, equipment, route and time. The surface column indicates the softened shoulder of the road near the drainage ditch and the adjacent drainage port; the equipment column lists the vehicle ' s own weight, cargo weight, number of axes and tyre specifications; the route column takes a clean width, slope and turn radius; and the time column describes short-term heavy rainfall and shift arrangements. If a crane is present, it should be based on the retroactivity of the leg in the manufacturer ' s worksheet, and it cannot be rated as a ground load.
The selection is based on the calculation of the local pressure and the examination of whether the plate remains continuous at the grass-roots level. Road panels are suitable for making up the driveway, parking spaces and loading and unloading links, and can be accompanied, as necessary, by leg mats for the handling of the vehicle support points. The common thickness ranges from 15 mm to 30 mm, and this option can first assess 20 mm and then adjust it through trial preparation or project accounting. The so-called 120-160-ton carrier should have a clear test boundary and cannot be cited separately from the distance, temperature, payload distribution and safety factor.

The fast-track installation still requires the retention of basic processes: drainage, debarment, peace-building, positioning, connection and trial passage. The plates remain continuous in line segments, leaving sufficient width at the intersections and outside areas; and they are to be removed from the rigid surface interface. Project leaders should arrange for “pre-validation of seams and connectors”, while specifying the conditions for decommissioning to prevent irregularity from being left to the next group during rush hours.
The day-to-day management will include vehicle behaviour in the inspection. Speed-limiting, prohibition of in-situ movement, fixed reverse routes and placement of commanders are often more effective than simply adding plates. The inspectors should touch or step on the suspicious seams, check the links and take photographs to locate them. Where there are repeated shifts, the width of the road, the turn radius and the grass-roots level should be re-evaluated, rather than the continuous consolidation of the same position.
Assuming that a temporary parking area at a logistics park, which would still need to be maintained during the construction of the warehouse, would experience increased traffic during the installation phase of the equipment, managers could first freeze the change of route and then divide the problems into four categories: ground, plates, vehicles and movement control. Weak positions are reinforced, damage plates are replaced, vehicles are limited in speed, and one-way access is introduced for peak hours. The example does not correspond to the true client, but shows how project managers can locate the problem sheets by number and how to convert the on-site judgement into a reusable list for the next project.
If the transport chain contains coal, ore, wet soil or food, self-release efficiency may be assessed as an independent subject. Car skateboards help to reduce the adhesiveness of certain materials, but prior to installation, the lining thickness, scalables, bolts or presses and tail door motion space should be confirmed. If there is no need for bulk discharges, there is no need to add the subparagraph; the procurement programme should be consistent with the use.
It is best to complete small-scale technical confirmation before the next list. First, the back-up ratio and conditions for on-site maintenance and complete field parameters were submitted, allowing the supplier to give specifications, quantities and packing suggestions; then the sample trails, links, dimensions and material documents were checked; and finally the container type, destination port, discharge method and batch marking were identified. The supplier recommended that it be used only as an input and that the project party remain responsible for the stabilization of the ground load, traffic organization and lifting.
