When dealing with drainage protection, “where to go, what to go, how many times a day” is written as a verifiable on-site condition. The flow of vehicles outside the logistics park expansion area, outside the warehouse platform and in the waiting areas of peak vehicles often consists of semi-mounted vehicles, cold-chain vehicles, vans, forklifts and loading platform equipment, with the impact of tyre exposures and low-speed turns being ignored by the whole tonnage. The more reliable conclusion is that the water under the plate weakens the grass-roots level and takes the finer, and that it is necessary to keep the drainage direction and clean up the export, and then decide on the combination of pavements, leg mats or local grass-roots treatment.
In order to determine whether drainage protection can be carried out, the site should be equipped with a spot, rather than just a few photographs. In particular, the ramps in which the warehouse entrance is permanently flushed by water are reviewed, as the drying of the surface does not mean a continuous carrying of the next. The project information shall also include the maximum daily traffic, the duration of the vehicle ' s stay, the direction of loading and unloading, and the drainage route during short and heavy rainfall. Material parameters should serve the field rather than be propaganda figures. Road panels are suitable for making up the driveway, parking spaces and loading and unloading links, and can be accompanied, as necessary, by leg mats for the handling of the vehicle support points. The project allows for a comparison of the 25 mm and the adjacent specifications of the single mass, rigidity, laying efficiency and number of containers, as well as a reconciliation of the links to the surface. 160 to 200 tonnes is only a primary sift; ground-based and support designs should be completed first when an underground hole, weak shoulder or hanger overload exists.
When the plates arrive at the site, the quantity, the connector and the crane are checked and the goods are discharged by route number. Upon completion of the grass-roots level, the vehicle entrance is prepared in sub-sections, and the level and edge support is checked at each stage of completion. The leg area of operation shall be separated from the area of passage. Maintenance staff can divide the straight-line, turn-out, waiting areas and support points into different levels of inspection. The straight-line sections focus on the sutures and the tracks, turn around and look for lateral shifts, wait areas to see long-term static sinking, and support points to check whether the pads and the ground are sunk. Shorter check intervals after rain or when the traffic suddenly increases; any plate-side rise, loose connection or grass-roots plasma should trigger decommissioning.
A reference scenario is a temporary parking area of a logistics park that still needs to be maintained during the construction of the warehouse. During the installation phase of the project, a short-range test lay was made to record the relocation and deposition of the first vehicle after its adoption, and the route was gradually extended. The turn areas, parking areas and pick-up points are inspected separately and no result is used to replace the full condition. This is an example of a methodology rather than a statement of performance, and the expected management effect is to focus the inspection on turnovers, ramps and seams; after completion, a comparison of the original ground photographs, cleaning hours and the number of plates that can be used for use.
The bulk material project will also examine car car stickers, impact and wear. The UHMWPE car skateboard can improve offloading when materials, temperature and car structure are appropriate, but it is necessary to confirm fixation, thermal condensation, the end door gap and cleaning methods; it is not a substitute for the safe offloading procedure. If the project does not involve a self-loading vehicle, the budget should be focused on physical access and support points and not add irrelevant configurations to complete product portfolios.
The request for quotations must be accompanied by an on-site head and security clearance process, otherwise it is likely that different vendors will calculate on different assumptions. The procurement staff shall also require the description of the effective size, weight, number of attachments, packing units, container load and delivery cycle of each plate. The evaluation will be based on technical conformity, installation efficiency and turnover. Where key payloads or ground data have not been confirmed, the quotations should be marked as preliminary and the review retained.
