In port machine repairs, the positioning of production equipment, the installation of a warehouse machine and power and the replacement of airport facilities, the thickness choice directly affects the ability of the vehicle to enter the operational area as planned. The stationary car hanging, tracked hounding support equipment, car hanging, pumper and hydraulic support equipment, with a dynamic wheel pressure, stationary deformation and power, are common. Retroactivity of the legs is concentrated and may vary with the angle of the arm, with the potential to reduce stability in the ground hollow, slope distance and eccentric receptivity. The programme should, therefore, first target routes and time windows that must be kept open, before arranging for materials and personnel to avoid temporary changes in rules of passage on the construction side.
On-site measurements cover a hard-surface, but empty, lower-drum floor and record weak ranges, slopes, drainage directions and underground pipes. Changes in the water-bearing state and the car tracks should be observed before and after consecutive rainfalls. Mobile equipment will need to provide the whole vehicle with its own weight, full load weight, a single axle load, tyre size, turn radius and projected duration; the crane will also need to provide the maximum reversibility of the leg and leg extension. Data sources and measurement dates should also be recorded to avoid different versions.
The selection is based on the calculation of the local pressure and the examination of whether the plate remains continuous at the grass-roots level. The size and thickness of the leg pads must be determined on the basis of the maximum retroactivity of the leg, the permitted ground-based load and the material performance of the mattress. The common thickness ranges from 15 mm to 30 mm, and this option can first assess 15 mm and then adjust it through a trial preparation or project accounting. The so-called 80 to 120-ton carrier should have a clear test boundary and cannot be cited separately from the distance, temperature, payload distribution and safety factor.

Pre-installation to remove sharp waste, loose rock and mobile mud, and to purge and level the ground. The plates were set up in the main direction and were sewd to avoid the deep path and to check the wells and legs. The turn and reverse areas are to be slightly wider and the connectors are to be locked as required. This requirement should also be included at the end of the shift and in the traffic organization chart.
Operating records include at least open hours, traffic through vehicles, unusual locations and disposal results. The first group of vehicles shall travel at a low speed to observe whether the plates are moving with the tyres; the second class shall then adjust the speed limits and frequency of the inspection to the records. Forklifts with frequent and rapid turnovers should check for surface wear and, if the crane changes the condition, re-check the retroactivity of the leg. Once maintenance is completed, access will be restored to the designated person.
A reference scenario is a large-scale equipment suspension mission performed on a limited industrial field. During the peak transport phase, the project made a short-term test preparation to record the relocation and deposition of the first vehicle after its adoption, before gradually extending the route. The turn areas, parking areas and pick-up points are inspected separately and no result is used to replace the full condition. This is an example of a methodology rather than a statement of performance, and the expected management effect is to incorporate the shoulder of the original repeater into the continuous coverage; after completion, it is also necessary to compare the original ground photographs, cleaning hours and the number of plates that can be continued.
Auxiliary equipment also affects the overall programme. A leg pad is required to accompany a vehicle, a forklift is required to focus on tyre contact, and a bulk vehicle may require a slab. The suitability of the UHMWPE liner depends on the work temperature, the chemical environment, the material impact and the car structure, and the manufacturer provides the installation requirements. Each product should be matched to specific equipment in the project form to avoid the use of the same parameter across uses.
The request for quotations shall, in addition to the total area, provide the maximum gross vehicle weight and single axle load, indicating the country, duration, conditions of handling, packing and port of destination. Compared suppliers can check the documentation, size difference, surface routing, connector, piece weight, effective area coverage, cabinet list and batch retroactive. The whole container shall be purchased in advance to confirm the discharge equipment. The final programme, which involves the safety of the ground, assembly or operation of the airport, must be approved by the project professional.
