When dealing with demolition and recycling, “where to go, what to go, how many times a day” is written as a verifiable on-site condition. Port machine overhauls, production equipment in place, warehouse mechanical and electrical installation and replacement of airport facilities often include car hanging, tracked hoisting support equipment, car hanging, pumper and hydraulic support equipment, while the impact of tyre exposure and low-speed rotations is ignored by the whole tonnage. A more reliable conclusion is that recovery should be carried out in reverse from the end to the entrance, while cleaning, checking, sorting and binding should be completed before deciding on a combination of pavement, leg pads or local grass-roots treatment.
In order to determine whether the demolition is to be carried out, the site should be set up at a point rather than taking only a few photographs. In particular, a review of the temporary intersection shared between construction and production is to be undertaken, as the surface is dry and does not represent a continuous carrying of the lower part. Information on the project should also include the maximum daily traffic, the length of vehicle stay, the direction of handling and the drainage route during high-temperature tan. For troughs, inspection wells and underground facilities, the prohibited support or need to be reinforced should be indicated in the road map.
Material parameters should serve the field rather than be propaganda figures. The size and thickness of the leg pads must be determined on the basis of the maximum retroactivity of the leg, the permitted ground-based load and the material performance of the mattress. The project allows for the comparison of 20 mm and the adjacent specification of the single mass, rigidity, laying efficiency and number of containers, as well as for the reconciliation of the links to the surface. Between 120 and 160 tonnes are initial sifts only; ground-based and support designs should be completed first when an underground hole, weak shoulder or hanger overload exists.

Pre-installation to remove sharp waste, loose rock and mobile mud, and to purge and level the ground. The plates were set up in the main direction and were sewd to avoid the deep path and to check the wells and legs. The turn and reverse areas are to be slightly wider and the connectors are to be locked as required. The site should also implement the “cleaning of bulk and sharp material before being dismantled” and include this requirement in the pre-class and traffic organization charts.
Following the opening of access, the focus of the inspection was on the continued support under the plate. The first heavy vehicle passes by to check for high seams, peripheries, mudslides and planks; the shift is repeated after weather changes. The pressure of contact of the forklift ' s solid-heart wheel differs significantly from the concentrated static of the crane ' s legs, and anomalies should be detected first in isolation before being drained, evened or replaced, and the subsequent flow of the vehicle cannot continue to magnify the damage.
Assuming an increase in traffic during the entry stage of a large equipment slinging mission performed on a limited industrial field, managers could freeze the change of route before classifying the problems into four categories: ground, slabs, vehicles and movement control. Weak positions are reinforced, damage plates are replaced, vehicles are limited in speed, and one-way access is introduced for peak hours. The example does not correspond to the true client, but shows how project managers can locate the problem sheets by number and how to convert the on-site judgement into a reusable list for the next project.
Auxiliary equipment also affects the overall programme. A leg pad is required to accompany a vehicle, a forklift is required to focus on tyre contact, and a bulk vehicle may require a slab. The suitability of the UHMWPE liner depends on the work temperature, the chemical environment, the material impact and the car structure, and the manufacturer provides the installation requirements. Each product should be matched to specific equipment in the project form to avoid the use of the same parameter across uses.
It is best to complete small-scale technical confirmation before the next list. First, the plate colour, texture and custom holes and complete field parameters were submitted to the supplier for specification, quantity and packaging advice; then the sample trail, connection holes, size differences and material documents were checked; and the container type, destination port, discharge method and batch identification were finally confirmed. The supplier recommended that it be used only as an input and that the project party remain responsible for the stabilization of the ground load, traffic organization and lifting.
