The prior survey list for ground protection at plant workshops cannot be answered with single product parameters. Project leaders need to view the flow organization, ground support and maintenance capacity at the same time; first, they need to record the route, load, ground and operational beats, and then determine the number of plates and the order in which they are laid. When forklifts, trajectories, hydraulic modular vehicles, equipment loaders and small cranes enter the equipment relocation workshop, the production line retrofitting area and the factory entrance, problems with turnovers, ramps, seams and waiting positions on the route may arise earlier than the normal straight-line segment and shall be individually marked on the drawings.
The degree of completeness of the input conditions determines the quality of the subsequent selection. First, the length and width of the construction belts that are temporarily dug and refilled in layers will be measured, and then the maximum works of the forklift, the war arm, the hydraulic modular vehicle, the equipment loader and the small crane will be checked. In addition to the weight, the pressure of the tyre, the form of the belt, the position of the brake, the possibility of in situ transfer and the frequency of passage shall be recorded. In case of high temperatures, a ground review should be carried out; if data cannot be confirmed, unknown items should be listed as a restriction rather than being replaced by empirical values.
Road-paving boards are responsible for spreading wheel pressure and leg mats for expanding static support areas, which cannot be replaced by one another. For this scenario, a properly paved pavement with a lined surface can isolate the tyre from the floor and the crane or equipment should use the calculated leg pad below the jack. 30 mm could be included as an option and compared with other thickness, subject to the simultaneous validation of plate sizes, connection structures, grass-roots stratification and number of passages. The labelling of 120 to 160 tons of products does not mean that all the same vehicles are available on the ground, and ground conditions remain the determining factor.

When the plates arrive at the site, the quantity, the connector and the crane are checked and the goods are discharged by route number. Upon completion of the grass-roots level, the vehicle entrance is prepared in sub-sections, and the level and edge support is checked at each stage of completion. The leg area of operation shall be separated from the area of passage. The inclusion of “restricting speed and prohibiting the movement of vehicles in situ” in the installation programme would allow field personnel to convert abstract requirements into actionable.
Operating records include at least open hours, traffic through vehicles, unusual locations and disposal results. The first group of vehicles shall travel at a low speed to observe whether the plates are moving with the tyres; the second class shall then adjust the speed limits and frequency of the inspection to the records. Forklifts with frequent and rapid turnovers should check for surface wear and, if the crane changes the condition, re-check the retroactivity of the leg. Once maintenance is completed, access will be restored to the designated person.
For a route for the relocation of equipment through normal production areas, the peak transport phase may be established as an independent inspection node. On-site identification of vehicle lists and weather is followed by a check of drainage, connections and borders; if any conditions change, release is suspended and the road map updated. This scenario was used only to illustrate the way the project was organized, with an emphasis on reducing the amount of time spent on cleaning car sticky. It should also record the number of inputs, the time of laying, the time of stoppage, the location of maintenance and the condition of the ground after the evacuation site.
Three products may be used in this category at the same time, but the boundaries of the use are clear: road-painted service vehicle routes, leg-past services are centrally supported, and carboard services are applied to bulk discharges. In particular, UHMWPE skateboards need to check the material particle size, water content rate, temperature, impact and car shape. No product could compensate for the error, and the configuration list should be deleted from the field mission.
The expected delivery and arrival sequences must be present in the request for quotations, otherwise it is likely that different suppliers will calculate on different assumptions. The procurement staff shall also require the description of the effective size, weight, number of attachments, packing units, container load and delivery cycle of each plate. The evaluation will be based on technical conformity, installation efficiency and turnover. Where key payloads or ground data have not been confirmed, the quotations should be marked as preliminary and the review retained.
