Abstract of article:Cross-cutting operations around equipment relocation workshops, production line retrofitting areas and factory entrances, describing the risks associated with vehicle loads, ground conditions, pavement and leg mating, installation of inspection, recovery and request for quotation parameters, and helping the project team to control the wheel pressure, metal belts, fallers and in situ shifts that may cause damage to the coating, sews or permanent marks in vulnerable areas.

For cross-cutting operations, the site should first determine the target for access: whether it is a continuous transport, short-term suspension or a temporary stop during peak periods. Equipment relocation workshops, production line retrofitting areas and factory entrances involve forklifts, traverse arms, hydraulic modular vehicles, equipment loaders and small cranes, while wheeling, metal belts, fallers and in situ shifts may cause injury to coatings, broken seams or permanent marks in vulnerable areas. When targets, vehicles and weak positions are matched, the scope is not too large or missing critical points; the practical implementation principle is that forklifts, trucks and cranes should be routed and waiting areas should be identified and who has priority access.

On-site measurements cover powders with higher water content after the rain and record weak ranges, slopes, drainage directions and underground pipes. Changes in the water-bearing state and the car tracks should be observed before and after consecutive rainfalls. Mobile equipment will need to provide the whole vehicle with its own weight, full load weight, a single axle load, tyre size, turn radius and projected duration; the crane will also need to provide the maximum reversibility of the leg and leg extension. Data sources and measurement dates should also be recorded to avoid different versions.

Where the route has both a mobile device and a fixed support point, the choice should be made between the pavement and the leg pad, respectively. Appropriate pavements of surfaced roads can isolate tyres from the floor, and a calculator leg pad should be used below a crane or equipment jack. The thickness can be screened from commonly used specifications such as 15, 20, 25, 30 mm, and the 25 mm appearing in this section does not constitute a direct recommendation. For information on ranges of 80 to 120 tons, the purchaser should also request a test method and give priority to the equipment description, construction programme and on-site validation.

How to manage the application of the multi-equipment cross-cutting operation at the plant workshop

The fast-track installation still requires the retention of basic processes: drainage, debarment, peace-building, positioning, connection and trial passage. The plates remain continuous in line segments, leaving sufficient width at the intersections and outside areas; and they are to be removed from the rigid surface interface. The project manager shall arrange for “recording of the number of vehicles passing through each shift”, while specifying the conditions for decommissioning, so as to prevent irregularity from being left to the next group during rush hours.

Operating records include at least open hours, traffic through vehicles, unusual locations and disposal results. The first group of vehicles shall travel at a low speed to observe whether the plates are moving with the tyres; the second class shall then adjust the speed limits and frequency of the inspection to the records. Forklifts with frequent and rapid turnovers should check for surface wear and, if the crane changes the condition, re-check the retroactivity of the leg. Once maintenance is completed, access will be restored to the designated person.

For a route for the relocation of equipment that passes through the normal production area, the installation phase of the equipment may be established as an independent inspection node. On-site identification of vehicle lists and weather is followed by a check of drainage, connections and borders; if any conditions change, release is suspended and the road map updated. This scenario is used only to illustrate the way in which the project was organized, with a focus on maintaining a steady parking of vehicles while they are being handled. It should also record the number of inputs, the time of laying, the time of stoppage, the location of maintenance and the condition of the ground after the evacuation site.

Auxiliary equipment also affects the overall programme. A leg pad is required to accompany a vehicle, a forklift is required to focus on tyre contact, and a bulk vehicle may require a slab. The suitability of the UHMWPE liner depends on the work temperature, the chemical environment, the material impact and the car structure, and the manufacturer provides the installation requirements. Each product should be matched to specific equipment in the project form to avoid the use of the same parameter across uses.

In addition to the total area, the request for quotation shall provide forklift doors at a level and clear passage, specifying the country, duration, conditions of handling, packing and port of destination. Compared suppliers can check the documentation, size difference, surface routing, connector, piece weight, effective area coverage, cabinet list and batch retroactive. The whole container shall be purchased in advance to confirm the discharge equipment. The final programme, which involves the safety of the ground, assembly or operation of the airport, must be approved by the project professional.
