The most common questions in the ground protection site of the plant workshop could not be answered with a single product parameter. Project leaders need to view both traffic organization, ground support and maintenance capabilities; most of the problems are concentrated on inadequate drainage, discontinuity at the grass-roots level, loose connectivity, upsliding and the wrong turn. When forklifts, trajectories, hydraulic modular vehicles, equipment loaders and small cranes enter the equipment relocation workshop, the production line retrofitting area and the factory entrance, problems with turnovers, ramps, seams and waiting positions on the route may arise earlier than the normal straight-line segment and shall be individually marked on the drawings.
The survey forms can be completed by the four columns of ground, equipment, route and time. The surface column shows the arctics and the adjacent drainage vents that form the tracks after repeated crushing; the equipment column lists the vehicle ' s own weight, cargo weight, number of axes and tyre specifications; the route column takes a clean width, slope and turn radius; and the time bar describes the high temperature storm sun and the shift schedule. If a crane is present, it should be based on the retroactivity of the leg in the manufacturer ' s worksheet, and it cannot be rated as a ground load.
Where the route has both a mobile device and a fixed support point, the choice should be made between the pavement and the leg pad, respectively. Appropriate pavements of surfaced roads can isolate tyres from the floor, and a calculator leg pad should be used below a crane or equipment jack. The thickness can be screened from commonly used specifications such as 15, 20, 25, 30 mm, and the 25 mm appearing in this section does not constitute a direct recommendation. For information on ranges of 80 to 120 tons, the purchaser should also request a test method and give priority to the equipment description, construction programme and on-site validation.

The construction staff should first seal the belts and confirm that no vehicles enter, then clear the floors and tablets. Do not leave the seams in the softest position, and do not let the edges remain open for long periods. Cleaning and installation of sandstones when the link is pierced, so that the connector is not fully in place. A low-speed test pass was completed and a “plastering of damaged plates” was implemented before the next section was opened.
Temporary roads cannot be paved for long. Vehicle brakes, loading overloading and water stowing can gradually change the support under the plate, and surfaces may appear flat and may have created gaps. The site should be inspected before and after peak traffic, after high temperatures and when the route changes. In the event of a sinking, the ground and drainage should be checked before deciding whether to change or replace the panels, so as to avoid covering up the problem by filling the panels.
Assuming that a moving route of equipment through the normal production area experienced an increase in traffic during the peak transport phase, managers could first freeze the change of route and then divide the problems into four categories: ground, plates, vehicles and movement control. Weak positions are reinforced, damage plates are replaced, vehicles are limited in speed, and one-way access is introduced for peak hours. The example does not correspond to the true customer, but shows how to maintain access without expanding the permanent sclerosis area and how to convert the on-site judgement into a reusable list for the next project.
The bulk material project will also examine car car stickers, impact and wear. The UHMWPE car skateboard can improve offloading when materials, temperature and car structure are appropriate, but it is necessary to confirm fixation, thermal condensation, the end door gap and cleaning methods; it is not a substitute for the safe offloading procedure. If the project does not involve a self-loading vehicle, the budget should be focused on physical access and support points and not add irrelevant configurations to complete product portfolios.
In order to obtain a comparable offer, the purchaser should harmonize the request for quotations and at least specify the form of packing and handling equipment, the size of the route, the condition of the vehicle, the condition of the ground and the time of the project. Vendors are required to respond to material plates, sheeting, single weight, connection, packaging, containerization and quantity and quality documents. If the project is purchased on a containerized basis, the capability of the forklift or forklift on site or forklift is also confirmed. All safety-related selections are based on the equipment manual and the approval programme.
