For the back-up configuration, the site should first determine the goal of access: whether it is a continuous transport, short-term suspension or a temporary stop during peak periods. The construction area on the side of the runway, the taxiway light spot and the airport cargo area involve engineering vehicles, light maintenance vehicles, rescue and security vehicles, excavators and mobile cranes, while the construction window is short, the vehicle route is controlled, and any loose parts, mud strips or partial sinking affect safety and the re-entry rhythm. When targets, vehicles and vulnerable locations are matched, the scope is not too large or missing critical points; the specific implementation principle is that the back-up should be in the vicinity of the weak sector, the turning area and the recovery point, and that a rapidly deployable connection is reserved.
On-site measurements cover soften shoulder near drains, recording weak ranges, slopes, drainage directions and underground pipes. Changes in the water-bearing state and the car tracks should be observed before and after short and heavy rainfall. Mobile equipment will need to provide the whole vehicle with its own weight, full load weight, a single axle load, tyre size, turn radius and projected duration; the crane will also need to provide the maximum reversibility of the leg and leg extension. Data sources and measurement dates should also be recorded to avoid different versions.
Where the route has both a mobile device and a fixed support point, the choice should be made between the pavement and the leg pad, respectively. Low-maintenance HDPE pavements can quickly form a recyclable route, while suspension operations require the retroactivity of legs. The thickness can be screened from commonly used specifications such as 15, 20, 25 and 30 mm, and the 30 mm appearing in this section does not constitute a direct recommendation. For information on ranges of 80 to 120 tons, the purchaser should also request a test method and give priority to the equipment description, construction programme and on-site validation.

The fast-track installation still requires the retention of basic processes: drainage, debarment, peace-building, positioning, connection and trial passage. The plates remain continuous in line segments, leaving sufficient width at the intersections and outside areas; and they are to be removed from the rigid surface interface. Project leaders should arrange for “back-up plates to be placed near weak segments”, while specifying the conditions for decommissioning, so as to prevent irregularity from being left to the next group during rush hours.
Maintenance staff can divide the straight-line, turn-out, waiting areas and support points into different levels of inspection. The straight-line sections focus on the sutures and the tracks, turn around and look for lateral shifts, wait areas to see long-term static sinking, and support points to check whether the pads and the ground are sunk. Shorter check intervals after rain or when the traffic suddenly increases; any plate-side rise, loose connection or grass-roots plasma should trigger decommissioning.
Assuming that the maintenance of an airport light system, which would have been completed by a restricted night window, would have experienced an increase in traffic during the peak transport phase, managers would have been able to freeze the change of route before classifying the problems into four categories: ground, board, vehicle and movement control. Weak positions are reinforced, damage plates are replaced, vehicles are limited in speed, and one-way access is introduced for peak hours. The example does not correspond to the true customer, but it shows how the receiving and inspection records can be matched with photographs and location maps of the site and how the site judgement can be converted into a reusable list for the next project.
The bulk material project will also examine car car stickers, impact and wear. The UHMWPE car skateboard can improve offloading when materials, temperature and car structure are appropriate, but it is necessary to confirm fixation, thermal condensation, the end door gap and cleaning methods; it is not a substitute for the safe offloading procedure. If the project does not involve a self-loading vehicle, the budget should be focused on physical access and support points and not add irrelevant configurations to complete product portfolios.
In order to obtain a comparable offer, the purchaser should harmonize the request for quotations, at least indicating the total length of the route, the net width and turn radius, the size of the route, the condition of the vehicle, the condition of the ground and the time of the project. Vendors are required to respond to material plates, sheeting, single weight, connection, packaging, containerization and quantity and quality documents. If the project is purchased on a containerized basis, the capability of the forklift or forklift on site or forklift is also confirmed. All safety-related selections are based on the equipment manual and the approval programme.
