There is no uniform answer as to why it is more difficult to unload wet ore in low temperatures. This uncertainty is amplified by the fact that the body of earth, material and equipment in the surface of steel plates are frozen in cold or cold mines, in particular the freezing of glue and material piles. The meaning of the introduction of modularized products is the availability of installed, detectable and recoverable engineering measures after a clear boundary.
The selection can be made in three steps: the first step is to verify the type of material, the water content rate, the particle size, temperature, load, car angle and current residue rate; the second step is to increase the need for the freeze of glue and material stacks to be converted into carrying, friction, shock or grinding; and the third step is to implement the incorporation of temperature ranges into material selection and to strengthen parking and clearing management. The request for quotation documents should indicate the frequency, life expectancy and maintenance of the slabs. The increase in thickness usually also increases weight and handling difficulties and therefore cannot automatically be equated with “more suitable”.

The field organization also decides to use effects. The area of operations should have clear traffic flow, quarantine coverage and abnormal parking standards, and the installation personnel should use loads that match the weight. The low friction liner is to be used with the correct lifting and cleaning system. In the event of the discovery of abnormal substrates that continue to sink, feeder overload, liner arches or connects, the use of the substrate must be discontinued and the reasons identified, and the problem cannot be covered by accelerated passage, repeated lifting or temporary pressure.
The maintenance plan should be based on frequency around sutures, sudden slips, overloading and lifting anomalies: each shift at a high-risk point is confirmed, regular spot checks are carried out in the general sector, and additional special inspections are carried out after heavy rains, explosions, overloads or equipment anomalies. When a freeze of glue and material stacks were found to increase at the same time, the current vehicle and the weather were recorded to avoid the loss of root cause by replacing only surface parts. Scavengers, porters and stacks should be prevented.
A distinction is to be drawn between product problems and changes in the use of borders. If the payload increases, the route shifts, the water content ratio of the material changes, or the temperature exceeds the original range, it may no longer be suitable even if the slabs are not defective. These changes are recorded in conjunction with the incorporation of temperature ranges into material selection and the enhancement of parking and block management in order to decide whether to adjust specifications, extend coverage or change operations.
It needs to be emphasized that car skateboards can only function in an approved operating system. Any overload, peri-side, underground hole, tilt lift or human exposure shall be first disposed of in accordance with the mine rules. This document is not a substitute for the plant manual and the comments of the registered engineering staff; procurement communications should provide a true picture of the most unfavourable conditions of work and avoid lowering the entry conditions to meet the quotations.
