Abstract of article:In the area around the mine ' s high-frequency turn and turn-back, the reason for the surface shift and the looseness of the connection by deciphering the tyre shears and giving recommendations on the selection, installation, inspection and procurement of a larger turning platform, enhanced edges and increased frequency of patrols.

There is no uniform answer to why the mine road turning area is more vulnerable to damage and there is no departure from the site. The earth, materials and equipment in the mine-carat-high-frequency rotation and turn-back area may change daily, especially when the tyre shearing forces allow for surface transfer and the looseness of the connectors to exacerbate this uncertainty. The meaning of the introduction of modularized products is the availability of installed, detectable and recoverable engineering measures after a clear boundary.

The selection can be conducted in three steps: the first step is to verify the axle load of the vehicle, the tyre landing, the road slope, the bend radius, the water-bearing ratio and the grass-roots load; the second step is to convert the tyre shearing force to a loose surface push and connective demand; and the third step is to implement an amplification of the turning platform, strengthen the edges and increase the frequency of patrols. The request for quotation documents should indicate the frequency, life expectancy and maintenance of the pavement. The increase in thickness usually also increases weight and handling difficulties and therefore cannot automatically be equated with “more suitable”.

If on-site space is restricted, progress cannot be moved by reducing the necessary coverage or moving points to the edge. Traffic organization, equipment stationing or installation should be re-checked to allow for greater convulsion platforms, enhanced edge constraints and increased frequency of patrols to be carried out in sufficient space. Road boards are seen as interim layers rather than ground-based alternatives. The first round of operations is reviewed immediately after completion, and early relaxation or relocation is usually easier to correct than long-term damage.

The site inspection should not simply be “normal”. The drainage vents, sews, edges and soft spots should be selected on a case-by-case basis and the anomalies should be classified into three levels: observation, restriction and decommissioning. In the case of reoccurring tyre shears in the same area, where the surface shift and the connection is relaxed, a project improvement sheet should be created. The removed plates or pads are cleaned, dry, flat and stored in salaried areas.

The impact assessment cannot be based solely on the availability of the day. More frequent stopovers, cycling times, residues, maintenance hours, surface repairs or equipment can be applied before and after implementation and weather and load differences can be recorded. Tyre shears keep surface shifts and connectors loose if they are still frequent, indicating the need to return to ground, operation or specifications for re-analysis rather than simply adding the same product.

Prior to the issuance of the purchase order, the project manager should confirm the use of the same version of data by the technical, HSE, operational and logistics parties. The examples of specifications in this paper are not commitment values and the actual application is influenced by materials, temperature, foundation and installation. A complete submission would allow the vendor to make targeted recommendations on the size, quantity, packaging and spare parts of the pavement.
