UHMWPE panels for which minerals are suitable are to be decomposed from field problems into “ground, equipment, materials and operations”. The typical working conditions of this paper are coal, wet soil, mine powder and partial ore transport. It is not a single parameter that is most in need of control at this time, but the material ' s suitability is affected by shocks, temperature and grinding patterns. If only one layer of material is laid on the surface and no real load of ground, drainage or equipment is identified, movement appears to resume in the short term, with the possibility of subsequent shutdown, back-to-work or safety risks.
Data can be reviewed in the “Equipment-base-product-action” column: the equipment column records the hardness of the ore, maximum size, load deviation, temperature, car size, wear distribution and life objective, the base column describes the weakest area, the product column specifies the slab specifications of the vehicle, and the operating column contains a reconciliation of the low friction needs and structural resistance requirements. If one of the four columns still relies on speculation, it is not a matter of urgency. Especially for products with the same nominal thickness, feedstock, processing, size differential and connection design may still differ.

Prior to implementation, a pre-operational meeting may be arranged to clarify who will confirm the basis, who will accept the slabs and who will have the right to cease operations. The lining is both a waste material and part of the protection system of the car ' s structure. The site is positioned according to numbering and drawings, and every section completed checks size, edge, connection or rigidity, without leaving all questions to the end. The rhythm should be reduced during the trial period to observe whether the material ' s suitability is affected by shocks, temperature and grinding patterns.
A shorter review cycle could be used at the beginning of the operation to confirm that the product has stabilized and is adjusted. The contents of the checks include residual thickness, hardware, edges, cracks and grass-roots corrosion, and also observe whether operators comply with speed limits, lifting or handling requirements. Deep mouths, burns, permanent warp, loose-stretched solids and perforations are expanded and photo measurements should be made; parts that meet the decommissioned conditions must be placed in separate lists.
In order to validate the programme, a representative route, a vehicle or a support point could be selected for a controlled trial, with observation cycles and exit conditions. The records should cover normal and most unfavourable conditions, with particular attention to material suitability affected by shocks, temperature and grinding patterns. Only when the test data are stable, the maintenance workload is acceptable and confirmed by project management and security personnel will it be appropriate to expand the application.
It needs to be emphasized that car skateboards can only function in an approved operating system. Any overload, peri-side, underground hole, tilt lift or human exposure shall be first disposed of in accordance with the mine rules. This document is not a substitute for the plant manual and the comments of the registered engineering staff; procurement communications should provide a true picture of the most unfavourable conditions of work and avoid lowering the entry conditions to meet the quotations.
