Heavy-loading mine cards on high-water-bearing fine particles appear to be a local operational problem that actually affects vehicle circulation, equipment utilization and on-site risk. How heavy-loading trucks can be reduced when passing through soft surfaces should first record the location, time and weather of failure and confirm whether the concentration of the wheel leads to sinking and slowing the cycle. The evidence is more suitable for selection and subsequent impact assessment than for a single visual test.
In order to avoid repeated requests for quotations, the project should provide, on a one-time basis, vehicle axle loads, tyre landings, road slopes, curve radiuss, water-bearing rates and grass-roots loads, as well as the frequency and consequences of the concentration of wheel pressure leading to sinking and slowing cycles. Vendors may be required to provide recommendations, product drawings, individual weights, volume of packaging and restrictions around the expansion of continuous stress surfaces and the limitation of rapid turnover, brakes and speed. All descriptions of “carrying” or “drying” are traced back to the basis of the test and are not directly considered as field permitted values.

The field organization also decides to use effects. The area of operations should have clear traffic flow, quarantine coverage and abnormal parking standards, and the installation personnel should use loads that match the weight. Road boards are seen as interim layers rather than ground-based alternatives. In the event of the discovery of abnormal substrates that continue to sink, feeder overload, liner arches or connects, the use of the substrate must be discontinued and the reasons identified, and the problem cannot be covered by accelerated passage, repeated lifting or temporary pressure.
A shorter review cycle could be used at the beginning of the operation to confirm that the product has stabilized and is adjusted. The inspection included drainage vents, sews, edges and soft spots, and also observed whether operators complied with speed limits, lifting or moving requirements. Deep mouths, burns, permanent warp, loose-stretched solids and perforations are expanded and photo measurements should be made; parts that meet the decommissioned conditions must be placed in separate lists.
If the project is ready to expand its application, it is recommended that it be preceded by a common review of operations, maintenance, security and procurement. Operators confirm the ease of use, maintenance staff confirm the feasibility of inspection and replacement, security personnel check the conditions for decommissioning, and procurement staff deliver spare parts in comparison with spare parts. Multiple views can test whether the expansion of the continuous stress surface and the restrictions on rapid turnovers, brakes and speeds are truly implementable outside paper.
Prior to the issuance of the purchase order, the project manager should confirm the use of the same version of data by the technical, HSE, operational and logistics parties. The examples of specifications in this paper are not commitment values and the actual application is influenced by materials, temperature, foundation and installation. A complete submission would allow the vendor to make targeted recommendations on the size, quantity, packaging and spare parts of the pavement.
