How temporary roads in the exploration camps can facilitate the reclamation of evacuation sites, first of all, the problem of the site should be broken down into “ground, equipment, materials and operations”. The typical situation in this paper is that of a camp with a short life and a request for restoration. It is not a single parameter that is most in need of control at this time, but a permanent hardening that leaves material that is difficult to remove. If only one layer of material is laid on the surface and no real load of ground, drainage or equipment is identified, movement appears to resume in the short term, with the possibility of subsequent shutdown, back-to-work or safety risks.
The procurement or technical staff should first match the supply cycle, the climate window, the length of the route, the most heavy vehicles, the surface sensitivity and the evacuation site requirements with the site photographs, in particular to indicate where the permanent hardening would leave material difficult to remove. It is suggested that, for the adoption of a coded recovery layer and for the preservation of an ex-surface record, the length, width, thickness, weight, surface, hole level and permitted temperature of the pavement must be checked prior to implementation. Where products need to be relocated repeatedly, the ceiling for manual removal and mechanical posts should also be included in the selection.

If on-site space is restricted, progress cannot be moved by reducing the necessary coverage or moving points to the edge. Traffic organization, equipment station or installation should be re-checked to allow for the use of a coded recovery layer and the preservation of pre- and post-surface records with sufficient implementation space. The value of recyclable products is to reduce long-term surface disturbances and to support fast-tracking. The first round of operations is reviewed immediately after completion, and early relaxation or relocation is usually easier to correct than long-term damage.
The site inspection should not simply be “normal”. Floods, freezing, sand, communications and alternative routes should be selected on a case-by-case basis, with anomalies classified as observation, restriction and decommissioning. In the event of repeated permanent sclerosis in the same area, which would leave material that is difficult to remove, an engineering worksheet should be created. The removed plates or pads are cleaned, dry, flat and stored in salaried areas.
The cost model should cover procurement, transportation, installation, maintenance, cleaning, warehousing and evacuation sites, taking into account stoppages and back-to-work caused by the permanent hardening of material that is difficult to remove. A baseline of one month or a full rainy season could be used to evaluate the improvement programme. In the absence of a sufficient sample, uncertainty should be clearly marked and the full year ' s benefits should not be inferred from a successful case.
The safety floor does not change due to the tight working schedule. In the event of an unknown foundation, posturing of equipment in excess of the Manual, damage to components or failure to isolate persons, operations should be suspended and approvals upgraded. Any improvement in the permanent sclerosis that leaves unresolved material must be confirmed without the introduction of a new risk of slide, misload, trip or maintenance.
