In order to answer how to protect the passages when the wheel loader is frequently shifting, it would be preferable to observe from a full operating cycle instead of looking at static photographs. In the case of loaders that repeat V-shaped operations in front of the pile, loading, driving, turning, stopping or lifting change the stress, and the in situ shift to produce high shearing and heat tends to occur only in one action. To match the movement to the anomaly, we can find effective improvements.
In order to avoid repeated requests for quotations, the project should provide, on a one-time basis, the profile of the equipment, the length of the wheel, the local pressure, the mode of diversion, the size of the gravel particles and the frequency of the operation, as well as the frequency and consequences of the in situ shift to produce high shears and heat. Vendors may be required to submit recommended proposals, product drawings, individual weights, quantities of packaging and restrictions around expanding the working surface, limiting in-situ rounding and checking connections. All descriptions of “carrying” or “drying” are traced back to the basis of the test and are not directly considered as field permitted values.

The quality of the installation should be reviewed through photographs and measurements, not just oral confirmation. First, it treats drainage, cedars or deform steel plates, then lays them on approved drawings; and separates the route of passage from the areas of handling, fragmentation and personnel. Any need for temporary blocks of wood, random cutting of angles, forced porosity or stacking should be returned to the technicians for re-evaluation.
For high-utilization mining areas, sharp stones, stone powder, connectors and reverse areas can be included in the mobile end-line list and location photographs are required. The system should automatically increase the level of the inspection if it is continuously captured in place to produce high shears and heat. Replacements in the inventory are also periodically counted in size and state to avoid any lack of matching, shortage of connectors or storage of deformations during emergency maintenance.
In order to validate the programme, a representative route, a vehicle or a support point could be selected for a controlled trial, with observation cycles and exit conditions. Records should cover normal and most unfavourable conditions, with particular attention to the in situ shift to produce high shears and heat. Only when the test data are stable, the maintenance workload is acceptable and confirmed by project management and security personnel will it be appropriate to expand the application.
If the conditions on the ground are different from the assumptions in this paper, the application of the conclusions should be suspended and reassessed. In particular, lifting, drilling, ramping and self-lifting operations are subject to equipment instructions, risk assessment and local legal requirements. The creative plastics industry can assist in product selection on the basis of confirmed data, but final placement, operating licences and on-site custody are subject to approval by the responsible party for the project.
