In the event of a low-lying section of the site and a closed water bladder under the plate, many teams will ask first how thick the sheeting is; but the key to the problem of water accumulation under the pavement is to confirm the defunct border. If the pumping inhalation effect takes the finer and creates an empty drum that is significantly increased after rainfall, full load or continuous operation, the state shall be used as a design condition and shall not be replaced by clear or empty data.
Purchasing or technical staff should first match vehicle axle loads, tyre landings, road slopes, curve radiuss, water-bearing rates and grass-roots loads with site photographs, indicating, in particular, where the pumping effect takes the fine and creates empty drums. It is proposed that the programme should include additional horizontal drainage exports and regular lifting of panels at the grass-roots level, but the length, width, thickness, weight, surface, hole level and permitted temperature of the pavement must be checked before implementation. Where products need to be relocated repeatedly, the ceiling for manual removal and mechanical posts should also be included in the selection.

Prior to implementation, a pre-operational meeting may be arranged to clarify who confirms the basis, who inspects the receiving and inspection pavements and who has the right to cease operations. Road boards are seen as interim layers rather than ground-based alternatives. The site is positioned according to numbering and drawings, and every section completed checks size, edge, connection or rigidity, without leaving all questions to the end. The rhythm should be lowered during the trial period to observe whether the pumping effect takes the finer and creates an empty drum.
It is recommended that the pavement boards be used as retroactive asset management. Products shall not be used as substitutes for unsatisfactory foundations, damaged equipment or illegal operations. Where a person is involved in entering a dangerous area, a stop, quarantine and locking procedure shall be carried out; where a load and stability are involved, a review and written basis shall be carried out by a qualified person.
