When there are multiple corridors between the coal fields and the loading points, many teams ask first how thick the plates are needed; however, the key to how to sequence the routes after the coal mine rains is to first confirm the defunct borders. When simultaneous repairs result in the fragmentation of resources and a significant increase in traffic conflicts after rainfall, full load or continuous operations, the state should be used as a design condition rather than as a substitute for clear or airborne data.
The selection could be in three steps: the first step would be to verify vehicle axle loads, tyre landings, road slopes, curve radiuss, water-bearing rates and grass-roots loads; the second step would be to convert simultaneous repairs into resource dispersion and traffic conflicts into carrying, friction, shock or grinding needs; and the third step would be to implement a recovery by capacity impact, rescue needs and ground-based risk classification. The request for quotation documents should indicate the frequency, life expectancy and maintenance of the pavement. The increase in thickness usually also increases weight and handling difficulties and therefore cannot automatically be equated with “more suitable”.

The product and field base should be used as a system for acceptance and acceptance when landing. Road boards are seen as interim layers rather than ground-based alternatives. If the project is ready to expand its application, it is recommended that it be preceded by a common review of operations, maintenance, security and procurement. Operators confirm the ease of use, maintenance staff confirm the feasibility of inspection and replacement, security personnel check the conditions for decommissioning, and procurement staff deliver spare parts in comparison with spare parts. Multiple opinions test whether a recovery based on capacity impact, rescue needs and ground-based risk is truly implementable outside paper.
It needs to be emphasized that the pavements can only function in the approved operating systems. Any overload, peri-side, underground hole, tilt lift or human exposure shall be first disposed of in accordance with the mine rules. This document is not a substitute for the plant manual and the comments of the registered engineering staff; procurement communications should provide a true picture of the most unfavourable conditions of work and avoid lowering the entry conditions to meet the quotations.
