There is no uniform answer to what needs to be checked for recovery of the tunnel after the explosion of the quarry. The earth, materials and equipment in the transport line following blast vibrations and pebbles may change on a daily basis, especially in the case of hidden sharp stones, loose links and slopes. The meaning of the introduction of modularized products is the availability of installed, detectable and recoverable engineering measures after a clear boundary.
In order to avoid repeated requests for quotations, the project should provide, on a one-time basis, the profile of the equipment, the length of the wheel, the pressure on the ground, the mode of diversion, the size of the gravel particles and the frequency of operations, with an indication of the frequency and consequences of hidden sharp stones, loose links and slopes. Vendors may be required to submit recommendations, product drawings, individual weights, volume of packaging and restrictions around sealing, repositioning and recording damaged components. All descriptions of “carrying” or “drying” are traced back to the basis of the test and are not directly considered as field permitted values.

During the construction or installation phase, the area of operation is first sealed, and the point-loading of sharp stones, hard blocks and miscellaneous items are cleared, then laid or fixed in the order approved. Separate passage routes from loading and unloading, fragmentation and personnel areas. Where a collage is required, the connection should be directed in the direction of the main drive or material flow, and the conditions of condensation and overhaul required by the manufacturer should be retained; no random drilling, cutting or stacking should be made on site to compensate for the lack of choice.
Once operational, pre-class and after bad weather focus on sharp stones, stone powder, connectors and reverse areas. It is recommended that each key component be numbered and that the inspection date, location, vehicle or equipment, unusual photographs and processing results be included in the desk account. Tools that do not cut the surface of polymers should be used in cleaning; permanent deformation, cross-cracking, pore tearing or abnormal grinding should be isolated and treated according to manufacturer standards.
Receiving and inspection information shall keep the product batch, installation chart, site photographs, initial dimensions and trial running records. In the event of the future appearance of hidden sharp stones, loose links and slopes, it may be determined whether the anomaly arises from initial installation, changes in condition or natural wear. For reusable pavements or leg pads, this set of records will also facilitate the rapid matching of suitable locations for the next transfer.
Prior to the issuance of the purchase order, the project manager should confirm the use of the same version of data by the technical, HSE, operational and logistics parties. The examples of specifications in this paper are not commitment values and the actual application is influenced by materials, temperature, foundation and installation. A complete submission would allow the vendor to make targeted recommendations on the size, quantity, packaging and spare parts of the pavement.
