When discussing whether the floor plate of the vehicle has been deformed and is ready to be fitted with skateboards, the objective should first be to restore temporary access, maintain equipment stability, improve the integrity of the discharge material or extend the life of the vehicle. The presence of puddles, welding and warp in old cars tends to contain multiple targets at the same time, while the emptiness of the liners results in repeated bends and loosed hard-walled units, which are usually the first to be exposed. Quantifying the problem would avoid the use of temporary products as a panacea.
The procurement or technical staff shall first match the hardness of the ore, the maximum size, the difference in the load, the temperature, the size of the car, the wear and tear distribution and the life-target with the photographs of the site, indicating, in particular, that the occurrence of a liner suspension creates a position of repeated bending and a relaxation of the hard-walling. It is proposed that the base plates be repaired and removed and then installed by measurement size, but that the length, width, thickness, weight, surface, hole and permitted temperature of the slabs be checked before implementation. Where products need to be relocated repeatedly, the ceiling for manual removal and mechanical posts should also be included in the selection.

During the construction or installation phase, the area of operation is first sealed, and the point-loading of sharp stones, hard blocks and miscellaneous items are cleared, then laid or fixed in the order approved. The lining is both a waste material and part of the protection system of the car ' s structure. When the future liner suspension results in repeated bending and the flaring of the fastening, it can be judged whether the anomaly arises from initial installation, changes in condition or natural wear. For reusable pavements or leg pads, this set of records will also facilitate the rapid matching of suitable locations for the next transfer.
Prior to the issuance of the purchase order, the project manager should confirm the use of the same version of data by the technical, HSE, operational and logistics parties. The examples of specifications in this paper are not commitment values and the actual application is influenced by materials, temperature, foundation and installation. Once the full work is submitted, the vendor will be able to make a targeted recommendation on the size, quantity, packaging and spare parts of the slabs.
