The night shift interface of the drilling platform should examine which support points, starting with the “ground, equipment, materials and operations” section of the site. This is a typical case of day and night traffic. It is not a single parameter that is most in need of control at this time, but rather that the slow deposition of the ground is easily overlooked at the intersection. If only one layer of material is laid on the surface and no real load of ground, drainage or equipment is identified, movement appears to resume in the short term, with the possibility of subsequent shutdown, back-to-work or safety risks.
The procurement or technical staff shall first match the total weight of the equipment, the maximum reversibility of the points, the height of the mast, the endurance of the ground, the pore slope and the conditions of the mud with the photographs of the site, in particular by identifying the location where the slow landing on the ground is easily overlooked at the time of the handover. The programme is proposed to record leg position, horizontal state, mat shift and water accumulation changes, but the length, width, thickness, weight, surface, hole level and permitted temperature of the pavement and leg pad need to be checked before implementation. Where products need to be relocated repeatedly, the ceiling for manual removal and mechanical posts should also be included in the selection.

The quality of the installation should be reviewed through photographs and measurements, not just oral confirmation. First to process drainage, pine-dispersion or deform steel plates, then to place pavements and stubs on approved drawings; support systems must be confirmed by qualified personnel in conjunction with the equipment manual. Any need for temporary blocks of wood, random cutting of angles, forced porosity or stacking should be returned to the technicians for re-evaluation.
Once operational, pre-class and post-hot weather focus on sedimentation, horizontality, full-stealing and mud spills. It is recommended that each key component be numbered and that the inspection date, location, vehicle or equipment, unusual photographs and processing results be included in the desk account. Tools that do not cut the surface of polymers should be used in cleaning; permanent deformation, cross-cracking, pore tearing or abnormal grinding should be isolated and treated according to manufacturer standards.
Purchase prices are only part of the cost from a life cycle perspective. Installation, removal, cleaning, decommissioning, spare parts, return belts or steel structural repairs should also be calculated. Once data is created around the slow deposition of the ground, which is easily ignored at the time of handover, the project will be able to determine whether the recording of foot position, horizontal state, mat transfer and water accumulation changes actually reduces the combined costs and provide a reusable basis for the next procurement.
If the conditions on the ground are different from the assumptions in this paper, the application of the conclusions should be suspended and reassessed. In particular, lifting, drilling, ramping and self-lifting operations are subject to equipment instructions, risk assessment and local legal requirements. The creative plastics industry can assist in product selection on the basis of confirmed data, but final placement, operating licences and on-site custody are subject to approval by the responsible party for the project.
