To answer which items should be recorded in the day-to-day examination of the pavement, it would be preferable to observe from a full operating cycle instead of looking only at static photographs. In the case of temporary mine access, which is shared over multiple shifts, loading, driving, turning, parking or lifting can change the stress, and oral handovers tend to miss connections, edges and grass-roots changes tend to occur only in one operation. To match the movement to the anomaly, we can find effective improvements.
The procurement or technical staff shall first match the number of the vehicle, the shift, the route, the event, the maintenance hours, the consumption of materials and the operational records with the photographs of the site, in particular to indicate the location where the oral handover is prone to missing connections, the edges and changes at the grass-roots level.
