In the discussion on how to compare technical information from mineral-painted suppliers, the objectives should first be to restore temporary access, maintain equipment stability, improve the integrity of discharges, or extend the life of cars. Different suppliers often use different test and load expressions that include multiple objectives at the same time, while the first vulnerable areas of vulnerability are often the easier to misselect from a single tonnage than a test condition. Quantifying the problem would avoid the use of temporary products as a panacea.
The basic information required for this topic includes project drawings, equipment data, environmental conditions, product specifications, quantity, delivery, packaging and trade terms. Upon completion of the measurements, the verification material, size spread, test method, support conditions and quality assurance boundary could be used as a preliminary option, allowing suppliers to explain why the three categories of product were applied, what the data were from and what was not covered by the assurance. Clear border conditions are more valuable to the project party than the single maximum carrying figure and facilitate future acceptance and accountability.

During the construction or installation phase, the area of operation is first sealed, and the point-loading of sharp stones, hard blocks and miscellaneous items are cleared, then laid or fixed in the order approved. Comparable offers must be based on the same border conditions. Where a collage is required, the connection should be directed in the direction of the main drive or material flow, and the conditions of condensation and overhaul required by the manufacturer should be retained; no random drilling, cutting or stacking should be made on site to compensate for the lack of choice.
A shorter review cycle could be used at the beginning of the operation to confirm that the product has stabilized and is adjusted. The checks include size differentials, document versions, container manifests and arrival and inspection, and also observe whether operators comply with speed limits, lifting or removal requirements. Deep mouths, burns, permanent warp, loose-stretched solids and perforations are expanded and photo measurements should be made; parts that meet the decommissioned conditions must be placed in separate lists.
The cost model should cover procurement, transport, installation, maintenance, cleaning, warehousing and evacuation sites, taking into account that a single tonnage is more susceptible to interruptions and back-to-work as a result of an error in the selection of a single tonnage from the test conditions. A baseline of one month or a full rainy season could be used to evaluate the improvement programme. In the absence of a sufficient sample, uncertainty should be clearly marked and the full year ' s benefits should not be inferred from a successful case.
It needs to be stressed that the three categories of products can only play a role in approved operating systems. Any overload, peri-side, underground hole, tilt lift or human exposure shall be first disposed of in accordance with the mine rules. This document is not a substitute for the plant manual and the comments of the registered engineering staff; procurement communications should provide a true picture of the most unfavourable conditions of work and avoid lowering the entry conditions to meet the quotations.
