The evidence is more suitable for selection and subsequent impact assessment than for a single visual test.
In order to avoid repeated requests for quotations, the project should provide, on a one-time basis, the hardness of the ore, the maximum size, the difference in the load, the temperature, the size of the car, the range of wear and tear, and the life objectives, as well as the frequency and consequences of noise and structural vibrations affecting the equipment and the operating environment. The supplier may be required to buffer part of the shock around the polymer layer, but still need to control the difference and size of the submission of the recommended programme, product drawings, individual weights, volume of packaging and restrictions. All descriptions of “carrying” or “drying” are traced back to the basis of the test and are not directly considered as field permitted values.

During the construction or installation phase, the area of operation is first sealed, and the point-loading of sharp stones, hard blocks and miscellaneous items are cleared, then laid or fixed in the order approved. The lining is both a waste material and part of the protection system of the car ' s structure. Where a collage is required, the connection should be directed in the direction of the main drive or material flow, and the conditions of condensation and overhaul required by the manufacturer should be retained; no random drilling, cutting or stacking should be made on site to compensate for the lack of choice.
A shorter review cycle could be used at the beginning of the operation to confirm that the product has stabilized and is adjusted. The contents of the checks include residual thickness, hardware, edges, cracks and grass-roots corrosion, and also observe whether operators comply with speed limits, lifting or handling requirements. Deep mouths, burns, permanent warp, loose-stretched solids and perforations are expanded and photo measurements should be made; parts that meet the decommissioned conditions must be placed in separate lists.
A distinction is to be drawn between product problems and changes in the use of borders. If the payload increases, the route shifts, the water content ratio of the material changes, or the temperature exceeds the original range, it may no longer be suitable even if the slabs are not defective. These changes can buffer a portion of the impact with the polymer layer, but it is still necessary to control the discrepancy with the performance of large blocks in order to decide whether to adjust specifications, extend coverage or change operations.
If the conditions on the ground are different from the assumptions in this paper, the application of the conclusions should be suspended and reassessed. In particular, lifting, drilling, ramping and self-lifting operations are subject to equipment instructions, risk assessment and local legal requirements. The creative plastics industry can assist in product selection on the basis of confirmed data, but final placement, operating licences and on-site custody are subject to approval by the responsible party for the project.
