How do you figure it's reusable after cleaning the pavement?

In the context of the fall-off of the slurry and plaster scene, the assessment of how the pavement could be cleaned is not based on experience alone. A common error zone is the increase in thickness immediately after the sight of mud, wear or glue, without the retroactivity of the stain covering the cracks, the holes and the conditions for permanent deformation. The correct approach would be to define the true course of use, the most unfavourable weather, vehicles or equipment before deciding whether to use a pavement, leg pad or car skateboard.

Data can be reviewed in the “Equipment-base-product-operation” column: the equipment column records vehicle numbers, shifts, routes, events, maintenance hours, materials consumption and operations records, the base column describes the weakest areas, the product column lists the three product specifications, and the operating column contains a clean and dry check to the determination criteria and store them by classification. If one of the four columns still relies on speculation, it is not a matter of urgency. Especially for products with the same nominal thickness, feedstock, processing, size differential and connection design may still differ.

The quality of the installation should be reviewed through photographs and measurements, not just oral confirmation. First, they deal with drainage, tatters or deforming steel plates, and then place three types of products in accordance with approved drawings; they include the same set of asset management for roads, support and carriage liners. Any need for temporary blocks of wood, random cutting of angles, forced porosity or stacking should be returned to the technicians for re-evaluation.

For high-utilization mines, changes in trends, repeat failures, unclosed worksheets and training deviations could be incorporated into mobile end-line sheets and location photographs required. The system should automatically increase the level of inspection if it captures contamination in a continuous manner, covering cracks, holes and permanent deformations. Replacements in the inventory are also periodically counted in size and state to avoid any lack of matching, shortage of connectors or storage of deformations during emergency maintenance.

In order to validate the programme, a representative route, a vehicle or a support point could be selected for a controlled trial, with observation cycles and exit conditions. The records should cover normal and most unfavourable conditions, with particular attention to the contamination that covers cracks, holes and permanent deformations. Only when the test data are stable, the maintenance workload is acceptable and confirmed by project management and security personnel will it be appropriate to expand the application.

Finally, this paper provides a selection and management approach, with no alternatives to equipment specifications, special programmes, geological evaluations and local regulations. Work involving lifting support, ramps, ditches, vehicle lifts or personnel entering the carriage shall be reviewed and quarantine, locking and emergency procedures carried out by suitably qualified personnel.
