The site was of short duration, but the ground programme could not be temporarily boarded. The project should first indicate the use targets, the most unfavourable weather and the routes that must be maintained for the frequent reception of garbage trucks along the back-line route. If leakage, mud and tyre-belt impact sites are ignored, vehicle waiting, equipment stoppage, lawn claims or audience safety may follow.
Technical communication should first identify which of the most unfavourable conditions are full load, stop time, frequency of supply, revolving space, liquid contamination and human traffic diversion. The coverage, specification combination and back-up quantity of pavements are determined around the use of determinable surfaces, pollution isolation and post-shipment inspections. The label carries the same product and cannot be compared directly horizontally if the test basis is different.

The construction organization is as important as the product specifications. Operators shall use means of transport suitable for a single mass, and the vehicle shall be directed by a commander and shall not be braked, wheeled or pressed. Service roads must be continuously available and clean during the opening of activities. Prior to the opening of public areas, access transitions, trip risks and fence segregation are also checked.
Special inspections are added in case of severe weather or equipment anomalies. Fixed angle photographs and position marks are used for docking positions, reverse areas, hoses, cables, stains and sutures to facilitate comparison of depositions and shifts. It is prohibited to clean the surface of a polymer with fire, violence or sharp instruments to avoid new damage.
The quotations for the different products should be compared under the same size, material, connection, packaging, delivery and test basis. Supplementary information should be requested if the supplier gives the maximum carrying figures without indicating ground and test conditions. The event scene requires more attention to reuse, removal and quick evacuation than to single laboratory indicators.
It needs to be stressed that paved boards can only function in an approved operational system of activities and cannot be a substitute for substandard foundations, damaged equipment or irregular operations. Any unknown underground facility, perimeter instability, posturing of equipment beyond the Manual or failure to isolate persons should be suspended and upgraded.
