The transition of transport vehicles from the hardened areas to temporary sites appears to require only one road to be paved, which is actually related to drainage, vehicle movement, site protection and evacuation plans. Before answering how the temporary route outside the repair area of the racing activity is set, the high axle charge and oil pollution will affect the location and photographing of the soft ground and the surface of the plate and confirm the frequency of occurrence, the impact on the object and the permitted recovery time.
Pre-design recommended collection of parking volumes, vehicle types, peaks of access, ground loads, accessibility requirements and evacuation programmes. When communicating with suppliers, site maps, route lengths, critical dimensions and the most unfavourable conditions should be provided, rather than only the name of the activity. It is proposed to set up a carryover, pollution control and personal cleaning. The material, size, thickness differential, single mass, texture, connection or handling method, temperature range and test conditions for performance data are also checked when the pavement board is involved.

Prior to implementation, the area of operations should be sealed to remove sharp stones, wooden stakes and miscellaneous items that would cause spot loads, repair deep-pit tracks and remove drainage. The temporary parking area does not cover grassland alone, but is a complete transport organization. The planks are to be aligned to the main traffic, with an appropriate extension of coverage at the bend and docking points; and the leg mats must be fully exposed and inert, and should not be filled with random stacking or field cutting.

The change is recorded with the implementation of the carryover, pollution control and personal clean-up to determine the thickness, quantity or organization of the next adjustment.
If the conditions on the ground are different from the assumptions in this paper, the application of the conclusions should be suspended and reassessed. Stations for suspension, temporary parking, viewer access and rainy operations are subject to local rules, equipment manuals and statutory requirements. The supplier can assist in matching the product, but the final placement and release is approved by the responsible party for the project.
