The site was of short duration, but the ground programme could not be temporarily boarded. The project should first indicate how the forklifts around the stretching arm will move safely on the lawn, indicating the use of the stretcher and load, the most unfavourable weather and the routes that must be maintained. In the event that stability decreases when the payload rises and the wheel is concentrated, vehicle waiting, equipment stoppage, lawn claims or audience safety may follow.
Technical communication should first identify which of the most unfavourable conditions are the total weight of the equipment, the maximum reversibility of the leg, the suspension condition, the endurance of the ground, the underground facility and the weather window. The coverage, specification and back-up of the pavements and spads will be determined around the maintenance of low payloads, limiting slopes and laying continuous load routes. The label carries the same product and cannot be compared directly horizontally if the test basis is different.

Prior to implementation, the area of operations should be sealed to remove sharp stones, wooden stakes and miscellaneous items that would cause spot loads, repair deep-pit tracks and remove drainage. The pavements are for passage and the mats for extension of the feeder, which cannot be replaced by one another. The planks are to be aligned to the main traffic, with an appropriate extension of coverage at the bend and docking points; and the leg mats must be fully exposed and inert, and should not be filled with random stacking or field cutting.
Changes in sedimentation, horizontality, total exposure, edge distance and state of connection are to be reported when shifts are to be made, rather than a description of the appearance. The sutures, shoulders or sub-points repaired in the previous class must be reviewed in the next class. In the event of a decrease in stability when the payload rises and the concentration of the wheel increases with the volume of traffic, the speed limit, re-routing or suspension of operations shall be immediate.
The full life cycle costs include procurement or lease, transportation, laying, inspection, cleaning, maintenance, warehousing and site restoration. Once the data is built around declining stability when the payload rises and the wheel is concentrated, the project will be able to judge whether the maintenance of the payload low, the limitation of slopes and the laying of a continuous load route actually reduces the combined costs.
It needs to be emphasized that pavements and stubbles can only function in the approved operational system of activities and cannot be a substitute for unsatisfactory foundations, damaged equipment or irregular operations. Any unknown underground facility, perimeter instability, posturing of equipment beyond the Manual or failure to isolate persons should be suspended and upgraded.
