It is not only on the day of the tour that the warehouse area is stacked with a spare pavement, but also on the day of the event. The back-up panels and connectors usually go through multiple stages of entry, build, open, resupply and evacuation, and ground water coverage and traffic continue to change. If the first control is to be achieved, the unstructured stacking will be deformed and the emergency access will be difficult, otherwise the temporary road, if paved, may again fail because of routing, grass-roots or operational problems.
Four cores can be used: site-equipment-product-operated: site and equipment column to record the model of the tour car, trailer weight, tentage, feed-point backlash, fire route and recycle, product column to specify sizes and connections, and operating column to write to the specifications to be taped and to manage the connecting and moving tool sets. Any one still relies on speculation, which may result in disfigurement of the whole stack and the re-emergence of emergency access difficulties at the peak of activity.

A small, representative-routing of the road, covering the softest floor and the most heavy vehicles, could be selected prior to formal entry. The tour requires systems that can be quickly laid, numbered and reused. A test observation of seams, grass-roots, tyre tracks and operating space will then determine whether to expand width, increase drainage or reorient traffic.
Maintenance of the open-ended period of the event should avoid the peaks of the audience as far as possible, but urgent deficiencies cannot be delayed. Blocking, repair, re-checking and release processes around camp roads, perimeters of tents, legs, drainage and fire-fighting. Any problem of unconfirmable support or connection should first be disabled.
Before expanding the application, it was recommended that a common review of operations, build-up, HSE, site and procurement be undertaken. The parties confirm the conditions of movement, inspection, site protection and delivery, and can test whether the specification-based bundling and the management of the connector and port tool packages are truly enforceable.
This section could serve as a list of activities, but not as a separate construction permit. Projects should form a written programme that combines temporary structures, transport, fire protection, site protection and a weather emergency system, with authorized personnel reviewing key carrying and stabilization conditions.
