Answering how to increase the speed of the demolition of the large music festival pavement, on-site positioning and photographing of people, forklifts and transport vehicles would be inefficient and would confirm the frequency of occurrence, the impact on the target and the permitted recovery time.
The procurement staff should provide the remaining vehicles, areas to be dismantled, cleaning conditions, load sequences, site acceptance and storage status with site photographs, and indicate where the mixing of personnel, forklifts and transport vehicles would reduce efficiency. The programme can begin with the delineation of the demolition, cleaning and loading areas and the use of a numbered list, requiring suppliers to indicate the number of the material, the grade of the finished product, the basis of testing, the conditions of limitation and the boundary of quality protection.

Prior to implementation, the area of operations should be sealed to remove sharp stones, wooden stakes and miscellaneous items that would cause spot loads, repair deep-pit tracks and remove drainage. Quick-evacuation sites rely on reverse planning, numbering and zoning operations rather than being looted at the same time. The planks are to be aligned to the main traffic, with an appropriate extension of coverage at the bend and docking points; and the leg mats must be fully exposed and inert, and should not be filled with random stacking or field cutting.

Formal programmes should also identify the use of restrictions, duty-bearers, decommissioning criteria and evacuation methods to avoid the loss of information as a result of shifts or changes in contractors.
