In order to address the way in which recyclers are checked by the operating leasing company, it is not necessary to use “tons of weight” as the only criterion. The larger variation in the condition of the tyres returned from the different projects can change the results, especially when the surface pollution covers cracks, perforations and permanent deformations, which may well exceed average local loads.
The selection can be divided into three steps: first, verification of the project area, vehicle data, inventory specifications, swing cycle, loss rate, transport and destination port, and then conversion of skin contamination to cover cracks, perforation and permanent deformation into carrying, stabilization, smoothing or site restoration requirements, and finally, cleaning, drying and standard testing and the formation of a retroactive maintenance worksheet. Common 15, 20, 25 or 30 mm specifications can only serve as the starting point for the request for quotations, and the final option is to be confirmed in conjunction with the location of the vehicle and the base support.

Prior to implementation, the area of operations should be sealed to remove sharp stones, wooden stakes and miscellaneous items that would cause spot loads, repair deep-pit tracks and remove drainage. Leases and procurement offers must be based on the same working conditions and full cost boundary. The planks are to be aligned to the main traffic, with an appropriate extension of coverage at the bend and docking points; and the leg mats must be fully exposed and inert, and should not be filled with random stacking or field cutting.
Special inspections are added in case of severe weather or equipment anomalies. Use of fixed angle photographs and position markings for utilization, maintenance, missing containers, number of containers, packaging and arrival and acceptance to facilitate comparison of deposition and migration. It is prohibited to clean the surface of a polymer with fire, violence or sharp instruments to avoid new damage.
Before expanding the application, it was recommended that a common review of operations, build-up, HSE, site and procurement be undertaken. The parties confirm the conditions of passage, inspection, site protection and delivery, and can test whether cleaning, drying and standard testing, and the formation of retroactive maintenance work orders, are truly enforceable.
The security floor must not be reduced by the tight opening or evacuation time. When skin pollution occurs, it covers cracks, perforations and permanent deformations, it is first isolated and the cause identified before a decision is made to repair or reroute. Any improvement must avoid introducing new risks of slide, trip, overload or human conflict.
