How do you protect the grasses in the backstage?

In order to solve the problem of protecting pastures in the backstage loading and unloading areas of the concert, there is no need to use the “tons of weight” as the only criterion. The difference between the grounding, turn, static and hard and hard grounding of tyres in the back-stage areas where the stage and light-boxes are centralized can all change the outcome, especially with forklift shifts and local high pressure on truck legs, which may well exceed average local loads.

Prior to design, it is proposed to collect the maximum vehicle axle load, tyres, convective radius, handling rhythms, water in grassland and night lighting. When communicating with suppliers, site maps, route lengths, critical dimensions and the most unfavourable conditions should be provided, rather than only the name of the activity. It is proposed that the area of operations be expanded and that access, docking and equipment points be designed separately. The test conditions for materials, dimensions, thickness differentials, single weights, texture, connection or handling, temperature ranges and performance data are also checked when it comes to paving boards and leg pads.

Prior to implementation, the area of operations should be sealed to remove sharp stones, wooden stakes and miscellaneous items that would cause spot loads, repair deep-pit tracks and remove drainage. The concert's roads must be accompanied by heavy transport, isolation and emergency passage. The planks are to be aligned to the main traffic, with an appropriate extension of coverage at the bend and docking points; and the leg mats must be fully exposed and inert, and should not be filled with random stacking or field cutting.

The shift involves reporting changes in the seams, edges, turn areas, loading points and viewer junctions, rather than just describing the appearance. The sutures, shoulders or sub-points repaired in the previous class must be reviewed in the next class. If the forklift turns and local pressure on the leg of the truck increases with traffic, the speed limit, re-routing or suspension of operations shall be immediate.

Before expanding the application, it was recommended that a common review of operations, build-up, HSE, site and procurement be undertaken. The parties have identified conditions for movement, inspection, site protection and delivery, and can test whether the expansion of the operational surface and the design of separate access, docking and equipment points are truly implementable.

This paper provides a selection and management approach that does not replace equipment specifications, interim structural programmes, ground-based evaluations and local regulations. Work involving lifting support, underground facilities, vehicular roll-backs, public traffic or access to dangerous areas shall be reviewed and quarantine and emergency procedures implemented by persons with appropriate qualifications.
