The high-density flow of people in the ticket gates and security areas appears to require only one road, which is actually related to drainage, vehicle movement, site protection and evacuation plans. Answering the question on how the floor of the music festival entrance prevents muddying, the site should be located and photographed before pedals and water accumulates to rapidly muddle the entrance and form a slide risk, confirming the frequency of occurrence, impacting the object and the permitted recovery time.
Pre-design recommended collection of activity days, grass, irrigation, topography, vehicle frequency, viewer traffic and weather forecasting. This section could serve as a list of activities, but not as a separate construction permit. Projects should form a written programme that combines temporary structures, transport, fire protection, site protection and a weather emergency system, with authorized personnel reviewing key carrying and stabilization conditions.
