In the case of the construction of a centralized parking service in the vicinity of the stadium, the planning of a temporary parking area for sporting events is based on a full operating cycle. The effects of vehicular entry, low-speed rotation, parking, loading and unloading and departure are different, and the lack of clear vehicle routes leads to repeated crushing and blocking of exits at only one point or another. It would be more reliable to record the timing and movements of anomalies before choosing the pavement or leg pads, as opposed to a space-only offer.
Four cores can be used for “site-equipment-product-operated”: the site and equipment column records the number of parkings, vehicle type, entry and exit peaks, ground loads, accessibility requirements and evacuation programmes, the product column specifies sizes and connections, and the operating column is set by entrance, driveway, space and evacuation direction. The installation should leave measurement and photographic evidence.
