The same road map needs to be used by the host, site and builder of the circus lift equipment for the selection of the stubs. In the case of mobile cranes, for example, tented masts or large decorations, if planned separately by the teams, it is easy to allow vehicles to enter unprotected areas and trigger an imbalance on the ground, leading to the slamming of legs and the tilting of equipment. Only when the boundaries and responsibilities are harmonized will there be a clear basis for product allocation.
The procurement staff shall provide a tour model, trailer weight, tent set-up, feed-point backlash, fire routes and rotation cycles together with photographs of the site, and indicate the location where an imbalance on the ground leads to the landing of legs and the tilting of equipment. The programme can begin with a comparison based on the maximum retroactivity of the leg and the confirmed endurance of the ground, with a requirement for suppliers to indicate the plate number of the material, the grade of the finished product, the basis of testing, the conditions of limitation and the boundary of quality protection.

The site installation should be located with the approved drawing number and, for each period completed, the levelling, stitching, edges and drainage. The tour requires systems that can be quickly laid, numbered and reused. The test operation was first conducted using a low-risk vehicle, which passed by a slow-speed straight line, and then the turnover, parking and full load were gradually validated; it was discovered that the sub-platform continued to sink or the branch position was immediately disabled.
Rental or multi-shift projects can record camp roads, perimeters of tents, legs, drainage and firefighting as well as associated road maps. The system shall provide a reminder for the review of the project when the continuous occurrence of land imbalances results in the deposition of legs and the tilting of equipment. Backup panels and connectors will also be synchronized to avoid a lack of matching specifications at the site.
The impact assessment cannot be based solely on the success of the day. A comparison can be made between the number of incoming waits, the number of crashes, the amount of lawn repairs, the hours of cleaning, the loss of connections and the time of evacuation, and the differences between weather and traffic are recorded simultaneously. Only if the data are stable and the maintenance burden is acceptable will the programme be suitable for replication in the follow-up activities.
If the conditions on the ground are different from the assumptions in this paper, the application of the conclusions should be suspended and reassessed. Stations for suspension, temporary parking, viewer access and rainy operations are subject to local rules, equipment manuals and statutory requirements. The supplier can assist in matching the product, but the final placement and release is approved by the responsible party for the project.
