The same road map needs to be used by the host, site and builder of the exhibition on how to keep the surface of the panel clean. In the case of the main route visible to the audience during the exhibition, if planned separately by the teams, it is easy to allow vehicles to enter unprotected areas and trigger mud, beverages and oil-contaminated perception and smoothing. Only when the boundaries and responsibilities are harmonized will there be a clear basis for product allocation.
The number of exhibitors, the weight of the equipment, the logistics time window, the viewer flow line, the type of surface and the most unfavourable of the clean-up criteria should be identified for technical communication. The coverage, specification combination and back-up quantity of pavements are determined around the setting of clean-up classes, pollution response and surface-free cleaning tools. The label carries the same product and cannot be compared directly horizontally if the test basis is different.

The installation should leave measurement and photographic evidence. First, ground leveling and drainage are identified, and then full access, connections, edges and transitions on the pavement are checked. The exhibition's ground protection is to separate the construction logistics from the open-ended population. Any situation requiring forced re-evaluation of holes, temporary advances or piles should be returned to the head of the technology.
The pavement boards can be incorporated into the active asset desk account, numbering the specification, batching, location and hours of use. The maintenance staff focused on loading and unloading areas, forklift bends, slabs, contamination and viewer access. The removed components shall be cleaned, dried, flattened and managed according to eligible, assessed and end-of-life zones.
The impact assessment cannot be based solely on the success of the day. A comparison can be made between the number of incoming waits, the number of crashes, the amount of lawn repairs, the hours of cleaning, the loss of connections and the time of evacuation, and the differences between weather and traffic are recorded simultaneously. Only if the data are stable and the maintenance burden is acceptable will the programme be suitable for replication in the follow-up activities.
This section could serve as a list of activities, but not as a separate construction permit. Projects should form a written programme that combines temporary structures, transport, fire protection, site protection and a weather emergency system, with authorized personnel reviewing key carrying and stabilization conditions.
