The site was of short duration, but the ground programme could not be temporarily boarded. The fuel supply route around the temporary activities should first indicate the target for which the generators and catering equipment will need to be replenished on a regular basis, the most unfavourable weather and the routes that must be maintained. Neglecting the intersection of vehicles with viewers or ground pollution increases the risk, followed by vehicle waiting, equipment stoppages, lawn claims or audience safety issues.
Procurement staff should provide full load loads, parking hours, frequency of supply, revolving space, liquid pollution and diversion of human vehicles to live photographs and indicate where cross-cutting vehicles with viewers or ground contamination increases the risk. The programme could begin with the use of closed time, dedicated routes and spill response measures, and suppliers were asked to indicate the number of the material on the board, the grade of the finished product, the basis of testing, the conditions of limitation and the boundary of quality assurance.

The installation should leave measurement and photographic evidence. First, ground leveling and drainage are identified, and then full access, connections, edges and transitions on the pavement are checked. Service roads must be continuously available and clean during the opening of activities. Any improvement must avoid introducing new risks of slide, trip, overload or human conflict.
