How do you set up a waiting area for equipment outside the complex?

The installation of a waiting area for equipment outside the premises does not depend solely on the availability of vehicles on the day of the event. The soft or grassland, where vehicles are waiting to be unloaded, usually undergoes multiple stages of entry, build, open, resupply and evacuation, and ground water coverage and traffic levels continue to change. What needs to be controlled first is that static stacking and brakes may create deep inundation and congestion, otherwise temporary roads, if paved, may again fail because of route, ground or operational problems.

Four cores can be used for “site-equipment-product-operated”: site and equipment columns to record maximum vehicle axle loads, tyres, convection radiuss, handling beats, grassland water content rates and night lighting, product columns to specify sizes and connections, and operating columns to include waiting areas in the scope of laying and to limit in situ diversion and long-duration. Any one still relies on speculation and may lead to the re-emergence of static superstitions at the peak of activity.

The site installation should be located with the approved drawing number and, for each period completed, the levelling, stitching, edges and drainage. The concert's roads must be accompanied by heavy transport, isolation and emergency passage. The test operation was first conducted using a low-risk vehicle, which passed by a slow-speed straight line, and then the turnover, parking and full load were gradually validated; it was discovered that the sub-platform continued to sink or the branch position was immediately disabled.

Inspections cannot be “normal” only. They should be identified on a case-by-case basis around the seams, edges, bends, loading points and viewer junctions, and the anomalies should be classified into three levels of observation, restriction and decommissioning. Repeated static stacking and brakes in the same area may create deep inundation and congestion, requiring a return to drainage, grass-roots, transport or re-analysing of specifications rather than changing surface components.

Before expanding the application, it was recommended that a common review of operations, build-up, HSE, site and procurement be undertaken. The parties identified conditions of access, inspection, site protection and delivery, respectively, and could test whether the inclusion of the waiting areas in the pavement and limiting in situ movement and long-duration were truly enforceable.

Before a procurement release, the host, site, builder and logistics should confirm the use of the same version of data. An example of size or thickness in this paper is not an on-site commitment value, and the actual performance is affected by materials, temperature, foundation and installation, and the recommended results should indicate the assumptions and non-applicability.
