When discussing whether or not the parking lot for the event could remain open, a distinction should be made between surfaces, equipment support and personnel access. The presence of water and soft spots in low-lying parking areas may contain three requirements at the same time, and may have been magnified by loss of support under seemingly flat plates. The division of the site into different functional areas is the first step in determining the product, thickness, width and quantity.
Technical communication should first identify the number of parking vehicles, their type, peaks of access, ground loads, accessibility requirements and which conditions are most unfavourable in the evacuation programme. Checking drainage and grass-roots areas around seals, confirming the restoration of stable sub-districts, and then determining the coverage, specification and back-up of pavements. The label carries the same product and cannot be compared directly horizontally if the test basis is different.

The site installation should be located with the approved drawing number and, for each period completed, the levelling, stitching, edges and drainage. The temporary parking area does not cover grassland alone, but is a complete transport organization. The test operation was first conducted using a low-risk vehicle, which passed by a slow-speed straight line, and then the turnover, parking and full load were gradually validated; it was discovered that the sub-platform continued to sink or the branch position was immediately disabled.
Maintenance of the open-ended period of the event should avoid the peaks of the audience as far as possible, but urgent deficiencies cannot be delayed. Blocks, repairs, rechecks and release processes around entrances, driveways, turns, low-lying areas, edges and emergency exports. Any problem of unconfirmable support or connection should first be disabled.
The quotations for the different products should be compared under the same size, material, connection, packaging, delivery and test basis. Supplementary information should be requested if the supplier gives the maximum carrying figures without indicating ground and test conditions. The event scene requires more attention to reuse, removal and quick evacuation than to single laboratory indicators.
It needs to be stressed that paved boards can only function in an approved operational system of activities and cannot be a substitute for substandard foundations, damaged equipment or irregular operations. Any unknown underground facility, perimeter instability, posturing of equipment beyond the Manual or failure to isolate persons should be suspended and upgraded.
