How does the barrier-free access to sports events work?

In order to address how barrier-free access to sporting events is to be laid, the only criterion is not to rush to use “tons of weight”. Only if the data are stable and the maintenance burden is acceptable will the programme be suitable for replication in the follow-up activities.
