Why is it so easy to break out when windmills turn around? Wind blades, pylons, cabin transports and wind hanger sites are concerned that “why is it easy to break off the board when wind locomotive transporters turn” may be affected by heavy vehicle cycles, rainfall and time compression at the same time, and that lack of support on the edge of the road leads to increased slab bending and pressure on the edges. It would be clearer for on-site execution to first determine the conditions for allowing deposition, decommissioning and those responsible, and then select product specifications.
The technical communication shall first identify the profile of the van, the axle charge, the minimum turn radius, the road slope, the maximum reversibility of the leg of the main hanging, the earth's durability and which of the weather windows are designed for control. It is proposed to retain back-up panels and connects for the timely restoration of sealing controls in unusual areas, and to require suppliers to specify the materials for the pavement or stubbed, the grade of finished products, the test method, the basis of application and the conditions of limitation. Reference data such as nominal 50 to 200 tonnes cannot be directly compared horizontally without the same test basis. The information review should also identify the direction of the subsurface water flow and set up drainage exits that can be inspected, and include missing information as an item to be confirmed for quotations and construction programmes.

The construction organization is as important as the product specifications. Operators should use means of moving a single load, with the vehicle being directed by a commander, without brakes, in situ wheeling or constant pressure. Wind and electricity transport and suspension must control the continuity of the road and the carrying of the feeder, respectively, and any nominal tonnage must be returned to the ground and equipment condition. Changes in traffic routes, repositioning of equipment or heavy rainfall are followed by a re-examination of the continued applicability of the original programme. The trial-pave record of “how easy it is to get out of the panel when the wind-leaf transport vehicle turns” should indicate the starting and ending position, vehicle condition and release conclusion to facilitate review as construction conditions change.
The inspection cycle can be shortened at an early stage of use and then stabilized before adjusting to vehicle cycles and weather. The maintenance staff focused on the inside and outside of the curve, the wrong plate, the deformation of the road shoulder, the downfall of the legs, the horizontal level, the connectors and the accumulation of water, and observed whether the drivers complied with the speed limits and diversion requirements. Any unconfirmed sub-board support, edge instability or foot contact should first be disabled. The patrol forms are to show the lack of support on the edge of the separate road, leading to changes in the bending and crushing of the sheet, and to indicate the time of the repeater and the resumption of passage.
A reset is to distinguish between product problems and changes in condition. The original programme may no longer be appropriate if the vehicle is heavy, routed, rainfall increases or cover periods are extended. These changes were recorded with the results of the implementation of the maintenance of the back-up panels and connections for the timely containment repair of the abnormal areas, and the next time it was known whether the thickness, width, quantity or construction organization should be adjusted. It should also answer the question of “why is it so easy to break off the panel when the wind-leaf transporter turns”, whether the timely restoration of the sealing control of an abnormal area has been demonstrated by retaining a back-up and a connector to avoid the closure of the item by a subjective description.
This paper could serve as a technical discussion list for energy projects, but not as a separate construction permit. The project will also require a written programme of transport organization, temporary structures, electrical safety, fire protection, weather emergencies and site restoration systems, and a review of key carrying and stabilization conditions by authorized personnel.
