Energy projects often place transport, parking and cranes in adjacent areas, so how wind-capturing leg deposition will monitor the design boundaries of each type of area. Wind blades, turrets, cabin transports and winder hanger sites, with a focus on “how winder hanger legs are monitored” when quoted only for the total area, can easily be left out of the convection, foot drop point and recovery route. The fallout sequence caused double-crushing and recovery costs to rise and the already sufficient straight-line segment to fail at peak.
The technical communication shall first identify the profile of the van, the axle charge, the minimum turn radius, the road slope, the maximum reversibility of the leg of the main hanging, the earth's durability and which of the weather windows are designed for control. It is proposed that the line segments, turn areas, docking slots and surfaces be counted separately, and that suppliers be required to describe the materials, the finished goods, the test methods, the basis of application and the conditions of operation. Reference data such as nominal 50 to 200 tonnes cannot be directly compared horizontally without the same test basis. In the case of “how the winder hangs its legs are monitored”, the information review should also place fixed observation points on the side of the shoulder, slope and turnover and include missing information as an item to be confirmed in the quotation and construction programme.

The site installation should be located with an approved drawing number, and the level, seam, edge and drainage should be inspected at each stage of completion. Wind and electricity transport and suspension must control the continuity of the road and the carrying of the feeder, respectively, and any nominal tonnage must be returned to the ground and equipment condition. The test operation can first be carried out using a low-risk vehicle with a slow-speed straight-line and then gradually verify the turnover, parking and full-loading; it should be discontinued as soon as it is discovered that it continues to sink under the plate, pump mud or branch position. The test-pail record of the “how the wind machine hangs its legs down to be monitored” should indicate the starting point, the vehicle's condition and the release conclusion to facilitate review as the construction conditions change.
The inspection cannot simply be “normal” and should be organized around the inside and outside of the bend, the wrong plate, the deformation of the road shoulder, the deposition of the legs, the horizontal level, the connectors and the accumulation of water, and should be divided into three levels of observation, restriction and decommissioning. For each of the key points to be calculated for the straight-line segment, turn-off area, docking position and surface, a fixed photo angle and a measurement benchmark should be set. A loose connection, a permanent deformation, a breach through or a deviation of a branch shall be immediately isolated. With regard to the monitoring of the “how the wind machine hangs its legs down”, the inspection forms are to be accompanied by a single-segregation sequence error leading to a change in secondary crushing and recovery costs, and to a reference to the inspector and the time of return.
Construction, logistics, HSE, equipment, site and procurement could be jointly evaluated before the planned expansion. The parties confirmed the conditions of passage, suspension, inspection, recovery and delivery to verify whether the straight-line sections, turn areas, docking positions and operating surfaces were truly implementable. The results of the review should be included in the programme rather than in oral communication. It should also answer whether the “how winder hanger leg depositions are monitored” have been shown to be improved by calculating the straight-line segment, the bend area, the docking position and the operating surface separately, avoiding a subjective description of the closing item.
If the conditions on the ground are different from the assumptions in this paper, the application of the conclusions should be suspended and reassessed. Energy transport, suspension, refurbishment and overhaul are subject to project programmes, equipment manuals and statutory requirements. The supplier may assist in matching the product, but the final placement, commissioning and release shall be approved by the responsible party for the project.
