There were no forklifts on the project site to move the pavements from the most unfavourable to the average. Wind, voltage and other energy project camps, far from hard roads, are concerned that “there are no forklifts on the project site to move pavements” may be affected by heavy vehicle cycle, rainfall and working-time compression at the same time, while miscalculation resulting from a direct comparison of tonnage levels under different test conditions may increase traffic. It would be clearer for on-site execution to first determine the conditions for allowing deposition, decommissioning and those responsible, and then select product specifications.
Inputs can be organized by equipment, ground, route and time, with emphasis on transport distance, terrain, snow and snow season, maximum vehicle, camp layout, handling equipment, stock rotation, supply cycle and destination port. In response to a miscalculation caused by different test conditions, but directly comparing the nominal tonnage, it is recommended that the back-up panels and connectors be retained and that the abnormal areas be repaired in a timely manner. In the case of leg pads, the maximum repulsive force of the leg provided by the plant must be obtained, and in the case of passage roads, the total weight of the vehicle, the axle, the tyre and the complete turn track should be used. In the case of “no forklifts at the project site to move pavements”, the information review should also approve the passage of the vehicle after the map of the underground facility is consistent with the site marking and include the missing information as an item to be confirmed in the quotation and construction programme.

The drainage direction, soft spots and support under the plate should be compared before and after the rainfall, and the water should not be enclosed under the plate. Remote projects need to use roads, parking, stacks and emergency routes as a logistics system, and single-form product weights are as important as recovery efficiency. If the test conditions are different but the miscalculation caused by the nominal tonnage is already present, the area should first be sealed, the lifting plate should be connected to the drain and then the repositioning; the reason cannot normally be eliminated by simply cleaning the surface or adding a sheet. The test-pave record of “no forklifts on the project site to move the pavement boards” should indicate the starting and ending position, vehicle condition and release conclusions to facilitate review as the construction conditions change.
Special inspections should be added after extreme weather, equipment anomalies or route adjustments. The number of stockpiles, route continuity, drainage, shoulders, pollution, plate numbering, net empty location tags for handling safety and emergency vehicles and fixed view photographs allow for comparison of deposition and migration. Cleaning the surface of polymers avoids fire, sharp shovels and violent knocks, creating new cracks and stress concentrations. The inspection form, which revolves around “no forklifts at the project site to move the pavement boards”, requires a separate list of test conditions, but a direct comparison of the nominal tonnage results in a miscalculation change, with an indication of the inspector and the time of return.
The offers from different suppliers should be compared under the same size, material, connection, packaging, delivery and test basis. Supplementation should be requested if the maximum load is given without a description of the ground, distance and load. Energy projects should also focus on batch consistency, port efficiency, repairability and container loading. This retrodiscussion should also answer whether “there is no forklift on the project site to move the pavement board” has been demonstrated to improve the timely restoration of the sealing control of the abnormal area by retaining a back-up and connector, and to avoid ending the item with a subjective description only.
This paper provides a selection and management approach and does not replace the equipment instructions, the suspension programme, ground-based evaluation or local regulations. Work involving lifting support, underground facilities, electrical areas, the edges of trenches and the entry of persons into dangerous areas shall be reviewed by persons with appropriate qualifications. The above parameters may be provided in the request for quotations to obtain recommendations for size, thickness, quantity, packaging and shipment.
