The construction window for energy works is usually tight, but the extent to which large transformer offload areas require coverage still needs to be analysed from the full operating cycle. In the case of the extension of the transformer station, the transport of transformers and equipment repairs, this topic concerns “the extent of coverage of the large transformer offloading area” and the conditions of control vary when vehicles enter, are fully loaded or equipment is parked for long periods of time. The site should first locate the area in which the rebalancing of the equipment level may occur by overloading or uneven deposition of the feeder, and then decide on the use of pavements, leg pads or approved combinations.
The product configuration cannot be determined by area or thickness alone. The project shall verify the transformer ' s transport axis, the equipment weight, the crane ' s retroactivity, the rock and mosaic boundary, the location of the cable ditches, the safety distance and the time of repairs, and then convert the grade of the transformer to drainage, carrying, stabilization, surface pull and restoration requirements by overloading or uneven deposition of the branch. Moving tools, manual weights, back-up quantities, cleaning and back-to-back stacking are also considered in connection with the presentation of work profiles, test bases and qualifications in the request and acceptance documents. For “the extent of coverage of large transformer landing areas”, the information review should also record changes in the water content and the scope of soft points before and after rainfall and include missing information as an item to be confirmed in the quotation and construction programme.

A representative route or a feeder may be selected for a controlled trial pavement to cover the softest floor and the most heavy equipment condition. Temporary roads and hanger platforms within power transformers are subject to electrical safety, fire traffic and equipment transport programmes and cannot be placed on a temporary basis only on the available area. The decision to increase width, improve drainage or reorient traffic is then taken by means of experimental observation of grass-roots, sewn, tyre tracks and operating space. The trial-pave record of “the extent of coverage required in the large transformer discharge area” should indicate the starting point, the vehicle's condition and the release conclusion to facilitate review as the construction conditions change.
Inspections should not be “normal” only, but should be identified around cable gutter protection, plaque transition, full foot contact, oil pollution, grounding facilities, safe perimeters and depositions, and be divided into three levels of observation, restriction and decommissioning. A fixed photo angle and measurement benchmark should be set for the key points that form the job, the test basis and the qualification in the request and acceptance documents. A loose connection, a permanent deformation, a breach through or a deviation of a branch shall be immediately isolated. The inspection form is to vary the level of the equipment in the form of a single column overlay or uneven deposition, with an indication of the repeater and the time of return.
Construction, logistics, HSE, equipment, site and procurement could be jointly evaluated before the planned expansion. The parties confirm the conditions of passage, suspension, inspection, restoration and delivery, to verify whether the conditions of work, the basis of testing and the conditions of delivery are actually enforceable in the request for and acceptance documents. The results of the review should be included in the programme rather than in oral communication. This retrodiscussion should also answer whether “the extent of coverage required for the large transformer discharge area” has been demonstrated to improve by identifying the work, the test basis and the conditions in the request for and acceptance documents, and to avoid a subjective description of the closing item.
The construction, equipment, HSE and logistics team should confirm the use of the same version of data before the procurement is issued. The common dimensions, thickness or reference load range referred to in this paper are not on-site commitments and actual performance is influenced by materials, temperature, foundations, connections and installation patterns, and the recommended results should indicate assumptions and no application.
