Purchasing parties should indicate in advance the main product, the priority quantity and the permitted scope of the adjustment so that suppliers can calculate the weight and space.

In terms of cost, the whole cabinet can contribute to the operating costs of booking, customs clearance, documentation and the port of destination. If only a few large plates are purchased, the case may have minimal charges, wooden boxes, warehouse operations and multiple loadings, with the final unit cost being not low. The purchaser should compare the total cost of the whole cabinet with the inventory of the local purchaser, cipher or dealer rather than only the unit cost of the plant.
The purchase of containers also entails inventory liability. Dealers are to assess the speed of sales, the size of the warehouse, forklifts and the liquidity; project procurement is to confirm whether all products can be received, stored and protected at one time at the site. The plates shall be set at the required level to avoid long-term tilting or super-high stacking. If the use plan is phased, it may be discussed in batches or multiple cabinets, but storage should not be resolved after arrival.
The request for quotations explicitly accepts MOQ as a whole and provides the port of destination, the product mix, the specifications, the expected quantity and the due date. The supplier is required to return the 20GP or 40HQ proposal, the quantity of the load, the total gross weight, the packing method and the non-mixable restrictions. Understanding the logistics logic behind MOQ helps purchasers design orders as a productionable, transportable and digestible inventory.
