Only the brand and load weight of the vehicle are provided, and it is not possible to identify the retrofitted vehicle, the maintenance deformation and the differences between the years of manufacture.
Material data should indicate name, maximum size, hardness or sharpness, water content, corrosivity, filling temperature and ease of freezing. It will also provide the weight of the bicycle, the daily number, the height of the landing material, the angle of the discharge material and the current position of the glue and wear. Vendors judge the material level, coverage, thickness and zoning programme accordingly.

Purchasing parties should indicate the desired objectives, such as reduction of residues, protection of steel plates, reduction of cleaning hours or extension of car life. Different objectives may be appropriate for different programmes. If the existing floors have been severely dented, fractured or corroded, the maintenance plan should first be described; plastic linings should not be a substitute for the repair of the vehicle ' s structure, nor should they cover the untreated sharp welds.
The installation conditions include pre-processing by the supplier or cutting on site, who is responsible for the installation, the tools available, the time of parking and the temperature range of the location. The quotations should include plate numbers, processing holes, fixtures, expansion gaps, installation maps and spare parts. The first set of test and subsequent quantities can be reported first in bulk to facilitate confirmation of actual fit.
Business information also includes the number of vehicles, the delivery tempo, the port of destination, trade terms, packing restrictions and acceptance of the entire container MOQ. Vendors are required to spell out the material, thickness, total weight, size difference, delivery period and validity of the quotation. The one-time preparation of the information would reduce the number of rounds of inquiry and would make the programmes of different suppliers truly comparable.
