Retrogressive data should indicate the source and the corresponding condition, avoiding even distribution or use of data not related to the actual configuration.
Field information includes ground materials, permitted load pressure, pressure and water content, slopes, cleanness of legs and the presence of a gutter, well cover, underground pipeline or slope in the vicinity. Structural or engineering restrictions should also be provided where the operation occurred on the floor, at the dock or in the temporary backfilling area. The photograph should see the position of the leg and the surrounding environment, rather than just a small piece of ground.

Credible quotations indicate the maximum reaction on which they are based, ground conditions, materials, size differentials, unit weights, handling methods and use restrictions. The final placement should continue to be confirmed by the equipment statement, the operational programme and the competent personnel on the ground, and the vendor ' s offer cannot replace the suspension security clearance.
