On the basis of vehicle weights, the most critical data is often not the total weight of the vehicle, but the impact on the ground of the axes and individual wheels. Two vehicles of the same total weight, the number of axes, the width of the tyres and the tire pressure, will vary significantly from local pressure on the plates. The distribution of the loads of concrete pumps, car liftings and dumps in operational mode is also different, and the purchaser should state separately that it is not appropriate to cover all the work in a single tonnage.
It is recommended that total loads and axle loads be obtained from vehicle signs, technical manuals or weight records, together with the specification of tyres, the number of tyres per axle, the tire pressure and the use of tracked. If the equipment is towed, the tractor and the trailer should be listed separately. In cases where precise axle loads are not available at the site, the maximum permitted axle load may be confirmed to the equipment manufacturer or convoy and a reasonable residual amount may be retained in the selection, but the total weight may not be distributed evenly to all axle.

Pile-board assessment of full-load engineering vehicles on mudslides (new procurement scene)
The impact of vehicle movements is additional. The low-speed straight-through is the main means of examining the pressure and plate scratches; the brakes, turns, in situ adjustments and slopes increase the vertical and horizontal shears, which can easily lead to the shift of the plate, the rise of the edge or the connection of the pore. Where the route consists of ramps, narrow bends and loading areas, the selection shall be separately marked and processed by extending the width, strengthening the grass-roots level, increasing the connection or limiting the operational action.
The plate carrying capacity must be understood in conjunction with supporting conditions. If the supplier provides a reference value of 50, 100 or more, the test range, support surface, loading and allowed deformation. The static results on solid concrete do not directly represent continuous heavy traffic on saturated soil. The project shall use ground-based carrying, drainage and pavement as a system, setting up test bands and loading them up for observation as necessary.
The request for quotations shall include a list of the vehicles, the maximum load weight, the axle loads, the size of the tyres or belts, the number of traffics per day, the speed, the position of the turning brakes and the photographs on the ground. The vendor accordingly recommends thickness, size, texture and connection and indicates the conditions for application. The conditions for eventual release shall be determined by the project site personnel on the basis of the trial pavement performance and the road programme to avoid deciding on the movement of heavy vehicles on the basis of a single list of product parameters.
