Plastic sheeting bears self-heaviness, temperature differentials and vibrations for long periods of time in the sea, and if the packaging is not supported in a continuous manner, it may result in a warp or marginal deformation. ground protection mats, dump truck bed liner and the large size PE plate should be coded at the flat base to support point positions to avoid one end of the gap. When it is packed for different lengths, the short plate cannot be the only feeder in the centre of the long plate.
The stacking height and single bundle weights are to be matched to the capacity of the plate. The bottom plate bears the maximum pressure, and surface bumps or handle structures may form point contact between layers, increasing segregation as required by the product. Ties should limit slides, but not be too tight, and the horns should be used to spread pressure. The door-to-door should put in place measures to prevent the dumping of goods when opening doors.

Container temperatures vary by day and night to produce condensed water. The product should be kept dry prior to containerization, wet mud and cleaning water should not be enclosed in packaging; the necessary drying agent, ventilation or damp-proofing options should be combined with the range and climate choice. The fact that plastics are not water-absorbed per se does not mean that metal fixtures, boxes, carpentry and labels are not damp.
Transport vibrations make the packaging gradually loose, and therefore the emptiness and gravity distribution within the cabinet must be controlled. Heavy leg pads cannot be pressed to the edge of the sheet, and metal fittings are held in isolation. Photos are taken at all stages of the cabinet, and the plaque, packing number and door space are checked in front of the cabinet. Upon arrival at the port, the condition and identity of the container shall be recorded prior to discharge.
The procurement contract shall specify the form of packaging, the quantity of each bundle, the base, the corner, the strap, the gross weight and the permitted stacking. The destination provides forklifts, forklifts, platforms and warehousing conditions, on which the supplier designs the unloaded packaging. Prevention of warp depends on continuous flattening from plant piles to sea to warehouse, and cannot be supported by an additional entanglement.
