Car skateboards need to be kept in place for transport and discharges, while plastics are allowed to swell and freeze relative to steel carriages. If all the holes are locked to the bone, temperature changes may cause the plate to pick up, torn by the hole or the fastening of the solids; the gap is too large or inadequate to allow the material to enter the plate. It is therefore necessary to combine long plates, temperature differentials, car structure and material flow to design.
The common scheme sets fixed reference points and uses holes, gaskets or bars at other locations that allow for movement in a given direction. The practice should be proposed by the supplier on the basis of the material and installation chart, and the buyer could not add bolts to the site at random. Tightening materials, head shapes and the manner in which they are buried must avoid highlighting the surface barriers to unloading, and must also allow for subsequent inspection and replacement.

Packaging and bulk delivery after skating process (contribution material for plastics practitioners)
The seams shall, as far as possible, follow the direction of material flow, and the back and back docks or sides shall not form the receiving steps. The floor, side wall and tail door are different, and the design also takes into account the uplifting of the car. Weld tumors, angled angles and severe indentation should be fixed prior to installation, confirming that the steel structure does not have cracks or corrosions that need to be treated first.
The procurement of the receipt and inspection not only looks at the sheet, but also checks the set of fixtures, the porosity template, the plate number and the description of the installation. Vendors may be required to provide confirmation maps indicating fixed points, slide directions, gaps, twists or inspection requirements. It would be preferable for the bulk fleet to complete a set of initials and confirm that tail doors are closed, lifting, discharge and temperature variations before they are replicated.
Inquiries are made for the internal size of the car, the temperature range of the material, the length of the sheeting, the material to be transported, the lifting angle and photographs of the existing structure. The request for quotations included fixed quantities, spare parts, installation guidance and first confirmation. The correct fixation and expansion design usually reduces arctic and early failure more than simply increases the plate thickness.
