The 50, 100 or 200 tons written by different suppliers are comparable only when the subjects and conditions are consistent. The purchaser will first ask whether the number represents the mass of the vehicle, the single axle load, the centralized load or the damage load, and confirm the size, thickness, material and support of the sample. The result of complete support on the concrete surface is not the same as the performance across the gap or on the ground.
The loading area and location will significantly affect the results. When the large-paned sheet is dispersed, the plate has a lower stress; the small plate, tyre or plate load is closer to local effects. Tests should also indicate load velocity, duration, frequency and temperature. A short-term static vehicle was not destroyed and could not be automatically justified for long periods of repeat vehicle traffic or leg work.

The acceptance and inspection criteria must also be clear. Some of the data are endpointed with cracks, some are limited by defined scratches or permanent deformations, and others are limited to maximum equipment load capacity. The purchaser should require the original results or a summary of the report to look at the deformation of the test rather than looking only at the maximum number. Any safety factor should indicate the pattern of failure and conditions of use.
The site base is often a weak link in the system. Even with the high load of the slabs, the mosaic may sink as a whole and the connection may shift as a result of turn-cuting. The carrier value of the supplier should therefore be assessed as one of the selected types of information, in conjunction with the axle load, tyres, foundations, cars and operating methods. Important projects could be tested in a manner similar to the actual work.
When comparing the quotations, the vendor data are organized into the same table: sample specifications, materials, load area, support, maximum load, allowed deformation, frequency of cycle and source of reporting. Unidentified digital tags are not directly comparable. This approach avoids being misled by greater promotion of tonnage and encourages suppliers to provide a reviewable technical basis.
